Shangri-la chiang mai hotel was absolutely perfect! I stayed there with my mom and sister for only 3 days, but it was enough for me to notice how atencious and kind the staff is. The whole hotel smelled so great, and the breakfast is the best i've eaten in my whole life. The beds were so confortable, and anything we needed, the room service would provide us at anytime. Located very near to the night market, and for the amount of things it offers, the price was really nice! And also very quiet, no noise even in the corridor. Worth every second!

The staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was very tasty and had a good range of foods. The pool was very good for children and the complementary drinking water was a lovely touch.

The kids club was quite dated and could do with having a bit of a clean and refurb. There wasn’t much around the area itself and the restaurant/cafe in the hotel was quite limited for food options.
