This is a great place to be to get away from all the noise. not over crowded, fresh food made every time its ordered. clean, great staff. we loved it.

Alejandro in particular took very good care of us while we were at the pool. The food at the pool was simply amazing. Very chill property, super friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend 👌

Updating my review, unfortunately arriving home I was caught off guard with 3 transactions made with my Mastercard, mind you not once did I take out my credit cards. From the airport no check in bags to getting a taxi to the pier leaving from Renaissance Hotel. From arriving at the pier at Almare, still had my purse w me not once did my purse left my side until arriving at the room. Where I left all my belongings. I was naive to think my personal information was safe, so no I did not think about putting my credit cards or passport in the safe. I’m not only angry at this but sad that truly no one can be trusted. It was weird one night, after the room already was clean a lady stop by saying she has to leave clean towels which we did not request. Another off event, I had press the button to DO NOT DISTURB and a gentleman opened my door after knocking once. I was asleep. Scary to be honest. And last but not least another reason for a one star is the supervisor or manager or whatever he’s name is ALAN! He is Not about the guests. I didn’t beg my husband to let me come here to get it ruined by ALAN, as a captain I get you are doing your job but as well you are the voice of the guests to let the higher up know what guests want. Definitely will not be coming back. Try Impression by Secrets instead guys.
