The Juliet Hotel

This hotel is very outdated. In addition, you have to download an app to be able to access the building after hours, as there is no staff on site after 5pm. Not only is the app inconvenient, the lack of staff means that when my AC was malfunctioning and keeping me up all night, there was no human to help problem solve. The location is perfect. But it does not outweigh the janky rooms and lack of amenities. An upgrade would really go a long way.

Ok for one night no staff after 1900. Pool not in use / not clean

Overall it was great. The entire building smelled like pinesol cleaner. The floor in our room was sticky - from so much pine sol. It was quiet and clean which is most important.

Room had old furniture, old bed coverings, dingy dirty floors and bathroom and air stale. Wife would not even stand is tub to shower. . At check in clerk gave me key and said we will text you a phone number no one on property between 7pm and 7 am. Text if you need anything or have issues with entering building after these hours.

Very nice boutique hotel in a good location. The pool was not available (March is cool though) and the in-room coffee maker did not work. There is nothing at the hotel for refreshments.

Centrally located

The tv is small(25/27 inch). If you hit a certain light switch the tv turns off. They don't tell you this, i had figured it out. There was no air-conditioning on the second floor lobby area, the heat was unbelievable. My room was clean, and comfy bed.

The location is ideal

Website says breakfast but there was no breakfast. No equipment in gym, no shampoo/etc, keurig didn’t work, AC was inconsistent, several lights didn’t work. Room wasn’t ready well after check-in time. BUT, the staff were all very friendly and the hotel was clean. Beds are comfy. Great location and easy parking. Unfortunately just too many issues, so we won’t be staying here again.
