Fine Building Overcharged, no breakfast, no service for the entire stay

The staff were very kind and helpful. However, nothing worked. We had to switch rooms because the door didn't lock. The toilet rocked back and forth. The second room's TV had the wrong remote so we had to ask for assistance again. The elevator was dirty and paint was chipped and the walls were cracked in the rooms.

This was my third stay here, all have been good. Hotel has character, not the same old thing. Great location if you are going out downtown.

Free breakfast made to order was on the website. No such service exists. There's a Keurig in the room with ONE POD. We've been on the phone with the front desk for quite some time attempting to get ONE MORE POD so we can drink coffee in the morning. I think hostage negotiations are less complicated. This is insane for the room rate. Pool and hot tub are FILTHY. The only nice thing I can say is that the location is fantastic. I will NEVER stay here again.

Once we got to the hotel, we were locked outside because our keys didn’t work. Got new keys got to our room. Those keys didn’t work. Had to return to the front desk finally got keys that would work to get in our room got in our room. the room was very clean very spacious. The toilet did not work. They knew the toilet didn’t work because they had the water cut off to it, but still put us in that room. My husband had to fix it because staff wouldn’t. ask for extra blankets, the staff told me that they did not provide extra blankets.

Absolute rip off. I was late to a funeral and went to check in and NO ONE at front desk. It is as if the hotel is from a past era. So dated and in terrible shape. Thank God just one night. Zero customer service and just gross. And not sure how they define "suite." Terrible

This was the absolute worst experience ever . This hotel has 2 inches of dust on ceiling fan blades. Filthy! They did not have any soap, shampoo, conditioner. The manager told me I would need to go to the store and purchase my own because the hotel did not have any. She stated that the owners have really let this place go down. It was horrible

There were several lightbulbs that were out in our room. There were also no bars of soap for the sink or the bathtub. The property was small, well maintained and quiet, so that was a plus. Also, there were no vending machines for drinks or snacks…and that was needed for guests.
