"Avoid this "hotel""

2.0

Booked 2 rooms and stayed first weekend in June 2025. Regardless of the price, this is an awful value! The comforter had a hole in it. The bathroom door handle fell off. The refrigerator looked like it was pushed down a flight of stairs. The wall had a large gouge in it. The bathroom ceiling had a hole in it. The bathtub was disgusting. The counter was dirty and stained and the light fixture was missing it's cover. The walls had cobwebs. The front doors to the hotel were filthy. The first parking space in the parking lot is reserved for law enforcement. Saw a large spider on the wall in the hallway. There was garbage in the bushes outside. We arrived at night, so some of this wasn't apparent until morning. The continental breakfast was pre-packaged muffins and bars. The coffee was disgusting. There was a "caution wet floor" sign on the mismatched and chipped tiles in the foyer but the floor didn't look like it had been washed in the last month. The closet had one hanger. The curtains looked like they were hung by a drunk. The mirror above the dresser was filthy. The stove had rust on the burners. The kitchen cabinet door were not hung correctly. While waiting at the front desk, another guest complained about their room and asked for a refund so they could stay somewhere else. The hotel staff was friendly but not really motivated. This is not a failure of the employees but a complete and total failure on the management and ownership. Stay somewhere else!

This property needs a huge influx of money and TLC to bring it back to a desirable place to stay. The room was not just dirty but the door handle on the bathroom fell off, the tub was rusted and dripping, and the bed was old and saggy with ripped linens and poorly made. The lobby had a caution wet floor sign but the floor was actually dirty and the glass doors were filthy. The staff was pleasant but didn't appear to take a lot of pride in the place. I could not recommend this place and regret making the reservation here.

I like the kitchen options but overall had a very dirty feeling. I ran out of TP, without additional stock available in the unit. Front desk staff not super welcoming or helpful at all. Air unit smelled moldy.

"Avoid this place."

1.0

My experience began when I arrived at the hotel and noticed one staff member was smoking a blunt and another a cigarette just outside the lobby in front of the no-smoking signs. That was the best part. It was all down hill after that. The entire place smelled of cooking fish and soy sauce, in the lobby, the elevator, the hallways and my room. There were cigarette burns in the dresser and on the carpet. The kitchen sink, kitchen counter, bathroom sink and toilet were dirty, there was a ring around the inside of the toilet at water level. The worst part was that at 7:00 am one of the staff started pounding on my door, he woke me up and he tried to get into my room twice but the dead bolt door catch prevented him from entering. At 7:15 he called my room and woke me up again right after I had gone back to sleet. He asked me if I had requested an early checkout. I asked him if he tried to get into my room earlier, he said he did. I asked him why and why was he calling me at 7:15 am on a Saturday morning. He said he needed to know if I had requested an early checkout time as the night staff did not note that. I hung up, unplugged my phone and went back to sleep.
