There are many options at this exit, so look elsewhere first. The room cost over $100, yet the phone and the fridge didn’t work. There were other issues., like none of the clocks reflecting correct time. Poor value for the brand name.

The elevator was broken the whole time we were there. We are in our 70’s and we’re staying on the second floor. We had to change our room because the door would not shut. The manager tried to tell us that the safety hook would protect us . We changed rooms. The bathroom at the pool was in shambles with sink broken and laying in the floor which management seemed to be unaware . The night clerk was cordial but I have never seen a lady with that big a chaw of tobacco. It wasn’t boring !!!

Mens bathroom in lobby area had urine all over floor. Our rooms bathroon's tub/shower was dirty, hair and mold. To top it off. I got trapped in the elevator this morning for 40 minutes and the fire department had to be called to free me. Manager never even bothered to reach out or check on my well being.

The room was not cleaned. Walls dirty. Roaches everywhere. Refrigerator was dirty. Furniture had stains. The carpet was covered with red stains.
