Was the staff vary helpful and kind and always had a smile

Room wasn't the room we paid for it was a much much smaller room plus it said it was close to the casino but was over 11mins away from it plu dirty looking not the staffs fault the Internet and cable TV didn't work either

"Front desk person very nice and professional; however room was way too basic and outdated."

Price. Front desk person friendly and professional. Even though room was old and out of date, it was clean.

Very basic. Poor quality bed. Bedskirt looked like it was from a thriftstore, old, ragged and wrinkled. Other bedding was ok. Pillows were old and very well used. Requested two more pillows, which were clean and in good condition. Recliner looked like it was from a hospital and very old and could use a good cleaning. TV too small and very limited channels.
