Holiday Inn Express Brooklyn, an IHG Hotel

Staff was nice but the hotel was dirty, rooms raggedy, elevator broken, dark parking lot

Overall a good stay for a hotel in the heart of brooklyn

It was an overall good experience the staff was super friendly! I did have to clean my room a bit there was evidence of people there before us but honestly it was an easy clean and prob not an all the time mistake so I didn’t even bother causing a stir about it. Everything else was very clean and easy!

Staff is friendly. I feel bad for them. Rooms are musty. Beds are horrible. Have had better at motel 6. Worst H-express ever stayed at.

The staff was always nice and friendly. Breatfast was great but there were no forks left in the dining area ,after hours,when I needed one. The room was clean and I loved that housekeeping didn't bother me throughout the day when they when they were in hall.

I called at 9:30 AM as soon as I realized I made a mistake in my booking dates. They refused to change my dates or refund me even though I called within hours of realizing the issue. This isn't over.

The front guy tried to sell hotel parking. It is so expensive and he did not help me to free parking

I've stayed here every time i come to ny to see my son. The rooms are clean and the breakfast offerings are good. The front desk staff friendly
