"Relaxing stay with outstanding food and pleasant staff"

The whole experience was of a high standard. On arrival we were greeted by pleasant staff whi informed us our room had been upgraded. The room was huge, clean and had great facilities including the large whirlpool bath. The bar had a wonderful atmosphere and the restaurant food was outstanding. Would definitely return and recommend to others.

"Overall, lovely place/location. Room let it down."

The place and location was lovely. Restaurant was really nice, good food and pleasant staff.

On arrival, the room was very cold, no heating working initially. Kept banging my head on the sloping ceiling. TV didn't work initially. Coffee machine water cylinder was absolutely full of limescale, unusable. This was cleaned after I reported it.

Excellent, friendly staff. Breakfast was amazing quality and well worth the price paid. Room was very clean and good quality.

Only slight issue was finding the hotel in the dark. Was very easy to miss and could really do with some lighting on the signage at both entrances.
