The Riverside House Hotel

Really nice hotel, very comfortable, I had a huge room, comfy bed. Staff were excellent and an extra shout out to the lady on breakfast duty the morning of 14th May, absolute star, couldn’t do enough, just excellent customer service.

No restaurant/food served on Sunday evenings. Seemed a little odd seeing that weekends are usually busy times in the hotel industry? Otherwise, it was faultless!

A very comfortable hotel with friendly staff who were welcoming and for whom nothing was too much trouble.

One poor staff member on his own being pulled from check in to the bar. Floor was uneven so the bed was on a bit of a slope - it’s an old place - but maybe add a raised end?

I had a business meeting and my partner stayed on in the hotel in the evening. Staff were welcoming and accommodating despite having a party of 80 to attend to ! Room was spacious and well appointed with a great view. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Great staff. Liam was lovely. Dinner was fine and breakfast was really excellent.

The car charger wasn't working. It would have been brilliant if I could have charged overnight.

The room on the was advertised as a king size bed it the time off booking and confirmed as as such but only had a standard bed was in the room which was disappointing as we picked this room because of the king size bed .

The property was very clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent. My mum is nearly 93 and my niece is 12 and all four of us felt happy and comfortable and well looked after
