The Riverside House Hotel

This Hotel was a lovely place to spend time with family and friends. We felt a sense of family from the moment we checked in with Julie, she was delightful and was so friendly. The breakfast all three mornings was incredibly delicious, Laura did a great job she was lovely. I had the pleasure of getting helped from Mel when I needed some assistance with our stay. The location, the restaurant and the overall atmosphere was great.

Location and staff!

Came to riverside with family. Excellent choice on the menu which all looked and tasted fantastic. Our waitress Laura was really friendly and attentive. Would definitely recommend and come again.

It’s just facing the river. Rooms have everything what necessary, with a balcony and there you can smoke. Have elevator and laundry service in reasonable price. 80 bath/kg. You can buy water and beer 24 hours. Only breakfast available with limited basic menu. But that’s ok. No restaurant. But a bunch of good restaurants, big super market, seven eleven all within max 3 minutes walking. Room with breakfast 1200 Bhat only. Sound super. Staffs are super cooperative.

Plenty of parking. Quick efficient check in. Friendly staff. Well appointed, clean spacious annexe room. Excellent breakfast. Easy check out

Nothing really

A small group of friends have been visiting the restaurant for lunch several times a year for the past several years. Today was the worst service we have ever received. It took around 40 minutes just to get a drink and our lunches took 1 hour 5 minutes to be served and the restaurant wasn't even overly busy. We asked for another round of drinks after lunch but they never even materialised and when I went to check the bartender didn't even have the order so we left the drinks and took our leave. On a couple of previous visits one of our party was dissatisfied with her meal with undercooked eggs and beef like leather. It will be sometime before (if ever) we go back.

Went for lunch with family on Friday 27th March. Delicious lunch, friendly and timely service. The waitress discovered it was my husband's birthday and served him a lovely little sponge cake with candle......such a nice gesture 😀
