Hilton Garden Inn Beaufort

Easy to locate. Good area very hospitable staff

Our stay here was definitely mixed. The room was adequate and definitely on par with other Hilton Gardens. It is also near stores and restaurants. The staff though seemed routinely disinterested in even being remotely interested in the well-being of the guests. It wasn't just one person but everyone we spoke to. Strange

The lady that works over the weekend has been phenomenal! I wish I could remember her name. She’s a guidance counselor at a school and every time we’ve been there she has just been amazing! I’d give her 10 stars if it allowed it!

Horrible experience. Hotel cancelled my reservation when I was at the desk checking in having just flown in from Dallas rented car and drove to Beaufort. Desk clerks were rude and complacent and lied - they cancelled the room.

Horrible experience no help or remedy they didnt care that I had booked and paid for the reservation back in February $800.19. I was turned away.

The staff at the front desk was very unfriendly and rude. Asks very simple questions and got snarky as wets back.

Did not get to experience anything.

The fact that a “diamond member” can buy your already booked room is absurd to me. Came in after my Marines graduation at Parris Island, all to find out my room was sold 30 minutes before my stay! This is malicious no matter what policies are in place to protect anyone, this is something that should be front paged advertised. (I should not have less rights, all for using a 3rd party booking app.)
