Hilton Garden Inn Beaufort

The facility itself was very nice. The room was very roomy, light, quiet, comfy bed. Very clean upon arrival. Parking was very nice. Great location close to historic Beaufort and some of the islands. Close to excellent restaurants.

When the reservation was made, we paid for two breakfast. The first day, we were charged. The next morning, no breakfast only coffee. Told that no breakfast was being served because of low occupancy. Boo! The next morning, Tuesday, no breakfast. We were told that breakfast was not served on Tuesdays!! What!?! The one morning breakfast was served, the lady working took orders, prepared the food, delivered food and cleaned the tables…not her fault it took twenty minutes to get our food. We stayed three nights and had NO room service ie. Clean towels, trash emptied. At check in, we were told room service was every other day. That was acceptable but no clean towels for three days was not acceptable. This hotel has very poor management and supervision. We wanted to see an itemized statement upon checkout and were told that a statement could not be provided or printed. The staff member could see the statement and we challenged her about providing one which she did finally. There were errors on the statement. We were told that only management could issue a credit and no manager was there at 11am, again, poor management. Plus, to get a credit, we would have to contact bookings.com to get a credit. I do NOT RECOMMEND this hotel.

Conveniently to restaurants and nice room

I feel for the price, the breakfast should be included. Whatever they are cleaning rooms with it not great...the room did have an odor. Luckily I had room spray...then my husband and I were having outside, then when I came in I smelled gas, my husband came in and being a retired fireman asked the woman if there was a pilot out, she said no. It was quite bad, and this morning all good

The property was very clean and comfortable with a lot of good amenities. It was in a nice location and close to a lot of shopping outlets and food places. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

Good overall experience. We were there for a wedding and booked many rooms. One of our reservations was messed up, but eventually corrected. Kristi (breakfast area) was exceptional and a really good cook. Great French toast! I would stay again.

We came to Beaufort during our family vacation to ride at Camelot Farms and checked into the Hilton Garden Inn after five days of nonstop spring break travel. By the time we arrived, we were all tired and hungry — exactly the moment when a great welcome makes all the difference. That’s where Lakeisha came in. She greeted us with such genuine warmth and energy that it instantly lifted everyone’s mood. Check-in was quick, smooth, and effortless, and she immediately recommended a local restaurant she promised would make everyone happy. She was absolutely right — it was fantastic. Our guest room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, giving us the perfect place to recharge. True Southern hospitality can be hard to find these days, but you will absolutely experience it here. Lakeisha made our stay memorable from the moment we walked through the door. Thank you, Lakeisha, for such a wonderful welcome and a great stay in Beaufort!
