Extremely relaxing place for getaway.

Loved our stay at this Tranquill, relaxing, beautiful resort! The rooms are beautifully designed with private patio overlooking the water feature onto the beautiful mountain through palm trees where you'll love to watch the red sun set with the white temple in the background! In my opinion, the Mountain View is the prettiest place to stay. The pool is sensational and you feel like it drops off into infinity! Only drawback is they could use more patio space to lounge and the resort is 30 minutes from Chaing Mai. Perfect place to stay though if you're doing the Patara elephant adventure. If that's booked, I highly recommend going for an eco-lodge authentic Thai experience at Chai Lai Orchid! Alexa owns and runs it to perfection! Their tour that includes elephant riding bareaback, river bathing the baby elephant , mountain hiking to the Karen tribe, swimming in the waterfall and then bamboo rafting on the river is the best experience we had our entire time in Thailand! A must do!!!

Very quiet and relaxing place to rest your body and mind. Will definitely be back again.

wonderful time, wonderful food and beautiful views and architecture. just one complaint.... sleep quality was not 100%, we could hear the neighbours and all the poeople passing outside the room.

Beautiful hotel but service wasn't great for cost. I continually felt like they were squeezing money out of us for little things that, for a hotel at this price level, should have been taken care of in a more cost effective manner. The front desk could even be downright rude and in-room dining service continually delivered us the incorrect food and with no napkins or utensils. Another thing to note is it is quite isolated. We had spent 4 days in the city of Chiang Mai already so getting out to the countryside was just what we wanted but other guests didn't know this and were disappointed. Beautiful hotel but know you should expect to pay high costs to stay there.

Hightly recomended. Everyone is extreamly friendly, The food in the resort is excellent,very well percented. Overall wonderful service and extreamly hightly recomended to everyone who is looking for relaxing week in Chiangmai .

This hotel is amazing, a bit far but worth it. The Thai food serve there was also beyond words. We stayed for two nights and I didn't want to leave wish we could have stayed longer.

One of my favorite hotels I've stayed in. The grounds are amazing and the pool view is one of the prettiest I've ever seen. Food is also great here. Would love to come back. The room smelled a little bit of mildew after the rainy season which we didn't know was to be expected in certain months, the staff was expedient in putting a dehumidifier in our room which helped tremendously. the service was great.

Did not get the room we reserved,probably because we reserved through expedia.
