This was our first time staying at Suncadia. We did not think to research whether our room would have a mini fridge because what hotel doesnt?!? Spoiler alert, there are no fridges in the double queen rooms, so our snacks went to waste pretty quickly. Second, we asked the front desk if we could borrow a board game, but they do not have any. They do put out containers of stale smores supplies each night with no receptacle to put the supplies in, maybe your hands? Lastly, my daughter and I went to the hotel hot tub at 9 pm. There were dirty, wet towels all around the hot tub. We got in and noticed a strange smell, and then turned on the jets and the smell became very sewage-like. We went back to the room to shower and there was not hot water. I called the front desk and they said the water is "tricky", but sent an engineer. My daughter and I sat in stinky swimsuits for 2 hours and Adrian at the front deak would not allow us to shower in another room or switch to functional room without paying an additional deposit. Adrian said that there were no managers on duty and they would be sleeping! Like my 9 year old should have been! Finally, i developed a rash and washed us with water from the sink using the ice bucket. What a horrible experience! Also, they were sanding the baseboards all day in the hallway outside of the guest rooms and we woke up extremely congested. The property offers no continental breakfast, very few amenities, and is not very clean. Two thumbs down.

Stayed one night - wish we could’ve stayed more. We will be back!

A very dog and family friendly place. Staff was quick to respond and make sure I was comfortable in my accommodations. Excellent communication.

Overall it was a pleasurable experience. I wish the cafe stayed opened in the evenings and more food buying options be available aside from the expensive restaurants on the property. We would have liked a small fridge in the room too.
