Suncadia Resort, a Destination by Hyatt Residence

My room was not ready until 5:30pm! My snow boots got stolen from fitness center changing room.

The area was fantastic and there's so much to do! We only wish we had more time to experience everything. We would have loved to stay a bit longer.

Everything was great

My family had a very nice weekend filled with great views, food, and drinks. We were lucky enough to get snow which was very fun during our time swimming at the outdoor pool.

Beautiful hotel would love to come here again

Everything was great, except the restaurant food needs to step it up!!! we are very big on dining and the experience with the food wise was poor but everything else was amazing. The bar area the drinks. Everything was amazing.

Loved our stay for the third year at Suncadia. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Our suite was the perfect option since we skied most days, and included the kitchen and laundry facilities needed to make that helpful. Our dryer was broken, but the staff ensured we had other options to dry out after getting wet outside. The only negative is the lack of dining options and apparently limited restaurant staff given one is stuck with only two options on property. Our first night, the waitress was clearly over her head and the server (while all incredibly pleasant!!) took 20 min to get to our table for water. The second and third nights, we went to dinner earlier (perhaps before the rush) and the stress levels were lower and better. Not a knock on the servers, more an observation for management to consider during peak days and hours.

Property was very clean and systems were organized. Easy check in and check out. Beautifully maintained. Overall a 10/10 stay!

There are limited food options and food was not good for the price.. had to pay for everything, no activities were included with stay. We did not get complementary water bottles in room
