The pool landscape are under renovation. The renovation work is taking place from 10 A.M. to 09.00 P.M. since 1 March 2025 until 9 April 2025 daily. The pool still available. Please noted that the renovation may be affected by noise. Please note that the name of the credit card holder must be the same as the guest's name and credit card must be presented to the hotel upon check-in. Please be informed that Nova Platinum will undergo general maintenance from 6–8 April 2026. Nothing.

Very outdated, dirty, full of fresh’s who have no manners. This hotel is haven for prostitution both from the massage parlour inside and street girls outside.

Very bad experience with Nova platinum room was very bad and staff are rude they dont listen ...if you need anything 2nd they dont give Catali was dirty ...Coffee pouch are bad Konkrochs in room Smelling rooms Bathroom was dirty I dont suggest Nova platinum Google photo of Hotel are very old ...dont looks photo ...I will never go again in Nova platinum hotel
