Great location, lovely room with balcony overlooking the beach, excellent service and breakfast. Would definitely go back.

I recently stayed at L'Horizon Hotel in Jersey for a business trip and cannot recommend it highly enough. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a really welcoming atmosphere. The staff were wonderful throughout my stay – friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. I want to give a special mention to Tony, who went above and beyond by kindly driving us to the airport when all the taxis were fully booked. His kindness really made a stressful afternoon so much easier. I will definitely be returning when I am next in Jersey and would recommend L'Horizon to anyone visiting Jersey!

This hotel is superb. Had a room with a balcony overlooking the bay. The room was clean, modern and very comfortable. The turn down service in the evening was a rare, lovely touch. The hotel itself is clean and well presented. One of the highlights was the breakfast. The staff were incredible. A very traditional service, white table cloths, table settings all immaculate. I haven’t had service like that in a long time. The breakfast has a buffet but also extremely high quality food you can order off the menu and it’s all included in the breakfast price. Would return to the hotel in a heartbeat. Didn’t want to leave.

Another excellent stay at this wonderful hotel. Numerous visits here and it is always first rate. All the staff are superb - friendly, polite, very helpful and welcoming. The house keeping is great. Room serviced twice a day. The views from your balcony are amazing. Thanks to all the staff but especially to Alina - breakfast restaurant - always such a wonderful genuine welcome from her. Nothing is too much trouble. Joseph - lounge bar - so helpful and polite. Charlotte reception - gave us the best ‘welcome back’ Bobby - breakfast buffet chef -the best poached eggs ever. No doubt at all - we will return.

Excellent hotel, would recommend a room overlooking the sea. St Brelade’s bay is lovely. Room was very good, food very good if a little expensive and all the staff were impeccable. Great service from everyone. Nice location and good for exploring Jersey. Would recommend meals on the Terrace overlooking the beach

On balance we felt L'Horizon was a 4.5* review but as you can't give this we've rounded it up to 5. The location is wonderful, right on the wonderful St Brelade beach. The sea view from our room and balcony was perfect. The room was a good size, with a comfortable bed but a little tired and missing basics like useable sockets. Again the bathroom was a quite large with a good over bath shower, but could have done with a unit or some shelving. Breakfast was best when the terrace was open, otherwise in the main room it was a little hot, noisy and very busy. The selection was good although some items did run out as you got close to the 10am closing time. Overall the service was very good and everyone tried their best to look after you. We had lunch a couple of time and this was fine, dinner was a bit more mixed so we mainly ate out. Overall we would recommend and would return.

This is a very nice hotel right on, arguably the best beach in Jersey and the room and views were literally amazing and cannot be faulted. In regards to the service provided at this hotel I’m afraid does not match up to a four star hotel. When we arrived we asked for no turn down service, but unfortunately, this was not the case, the house keeping team kept entering the room, despite asking not to which was quite frustrating when travelling with a 4 year old child The hotel also requested that they wanted to have access to the room to clean the windows, but could not provide us with a time this was going to be done, which we found was a bit odd - I’m not sure why the hotel decided that they wanted to start cleaning windows on one of the busiest weeks in August? We had breakfast room service and literally it was ridiculous, they kept missing multiple items, including hot breakfasts, pastries, milk etc, We literally good fed up of calling because it was always wrong and no one really took any kind of acknowledgment or ownership to the corrections. We stayed for 5 nights and only had 1 day of correct items. The also sent us mouldy toast one morning, to which their response was ‘sorry about that’ ! The food quality apart from that was good. Also the room service items are not cleared from outside the bedroom doors for hours on end, there are countless trays, glasses cups, plates etc, which posses a health and safety risk to other guests all in the corridors etc. We had to phone because all of our used food items where still outside still at 4pm after leaving the room at 9am! The toilets in the hotel I’m afraid where not clean and the changing rooms in the spa area where literally filthy, there were towels everywhere and the toilets were not clean and the hand towel bin was literally overflowing. There was no hand wash in the men’s changing rooms, that said the pool was nice and was clean. The hotel also offers cookies and milk and a robe for children in the room which is nice touch, but they also have a children’s menu, but they don’t tell you about it, you have to ask? We also noticed that on two of the nights during our stay that there were two weddings, and the staff were literally running around multi tasking, forgetting about the paid hotel guests which is a shame. We have stayed in multiple hotels in Jersey and have never had this experience before which is such a shame because it unfortunately does not match up to the £400 per night price tag and I’m sorry but we would not return. That said the duty manager took our concerns into account and gave us compensation due to the poor service received.

We stayed with our daughter and grandchildren 9 and 11, for 8 nights with breakfast included and enjoyed our visit immensely. The staff were, without exception friendly, welcoming, helpful and courteous, nothing was too much trouble. Our rooms and beds were comfortable, fresh towels twice a day and robes and slippers supplied, smaller robes for the children. Fresh Jersey milk in the fridge was a lovely touch, cold water supplied to the room morning and evening. You could request an ice bucket at the bar and take it to your room. Some rooms did not have an abundance of 3 pin plugs but it was easy to get an extension adaptor from room service. We had a room with a balcony overlooking St. Brelade's Bay, two chairs and a table. Free internet for the duration of our stay. We had fantastic weather so went on the beach everyday. The hotel swimming pool has two sessions that children can use per day. The buffet breakfast had a good selection all the usual things. A menu that you could also request from and choice of hot or cold drinks. A chef to provide your choice of eggs. There are just a few things that would have been helpful to know in our room information - you can go to reception to obtain a voucher for free loungers on the beach, there is a childrens menu but you have to ask for it, beyond the Terrace there is a large hamper of donated buckets and spades that guests donate for famillies for their stay. We certainly donated ours but would have looked if we had known. We all loved our visit and will be booking another.

The staff, the service, the island, the food , Beautiful Brelades Bay, beach, - its as good as it gets. Everyone should,if able, stay at this Hotel at least once

Fabulous location in the beach. Friendly and professional staff all week. Great family times for using the pool and very good massage. Good breakfast selection every day. Hotel decor is starting to feel tired, large breakfast dining room feels drab with olive/brown colours, paintwork throughout corridors and rooms needs a freshen up and from the outside the metal balcony railings are rusting and don’t look great. Good parking facilities. For location we would come Back and hope to see hotel freshened up soon.
