L'Horizon Beach Hotel & Spa

So good. Romantic chilled. Did cycling and walking. Great food in L'Horizon and everywhere else

Great hotel, just next to the beach and very close to the Airport. Very traditional room. This is my second visit in Jersey, before I stayed in Pomme D'or hotel in St.Helier in 2021.. In L'Horizon room and the service was excellent, great view. But food can be better, food options and quality. Otherwise it a perfect holiday. Thanks to all staff

Our second visit to this great hotel. Room comfortable, superb sea view, a bit warm as the air con was not very efficient but we felt the experience was like being in the Caribbean minus the long flight. Listening to the sea at night is unbeatable. Our room was over the terrace bar but we did not notice any undue noise. We ate in the terrace bar twice. The food was good and enough choice to suit us two picky eaters! One evening we had room service which we really enjoyed, our servers set up the balcony table with a white cloth, napkins and cutlery and we felt well pampered. Speaking of pampering, the spa pool is nice and I enjoyed having my nail polish done professionally for the very first time. During our stay there seemed to be some issues with the fire alarm but we found it a bit of a personal challenge to be first out. I’m sure this has been sorted. All in all, a great holiday, great weather, and all within a very short flight from home.

This hotel has the friendliest staff that we have ever encountered on our travels. Nothing is too much trouble and they always have a smile and friendly word. Alina, who seemed to run the breakfast room, especially, though I could mention so many. The view from our balcony was stunning, looking straight out over the bay. The Terrace restaurant also has beautiful sea views, being along the back of the hotel. The Grill restaurant is a bit pricey, but lovely food in a tranquil atmosphere. A wonderful holiday all round.

Fantastic staff, really couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. The Hotel is directly on the beach front, a great location as a base for visiting the local area. Don’t let the basic reception area put you off when you check in, the rest is much nicer!

Short break in St Brelade's Bay. We stayed 4 nights in an executive Seaview room on the first floor. The room was of good size and bedding very comfortable with lovely pillows. The air con worked well as did all the room services (wifi TV shower etc). Some of the fixtures had seen better days however but that didn't distract from it being a good room. Breakfast was very good and a large selection of high quality dishes available. The friendly chef was always there to help and cook things to order as you preferred. Without exception all the staff were lovely and couldn't be more helpful. We found the pool and sauna not to busy in the afternoon with fresh towels always available. You can get a voucher for sunbeds and towels on the beach from reception. If you want parasol or windbreak these are available from the chap on the beach who supplies the sunbeds for a small extra charge. We ate lunch at the hotel a couple of times but food and especially drinks we found expensive compared to other local establishments. If the weather is as good as it was when we were there it's a lovely place for a break.

Just returned from 4 nights for a family celebration- we had a selection of rooms (1) sea view - beautiful (2) 2 bed suite for a family with 2 toddlers / perfect, it came with 2 bedrooms plus a full lounge area - so both toddlers slept separately (3) standard room (un refurbished but adequate. The staff here are amazing - nothing is too much trouble. Lovely breakfast, good room service - terrace bar service was a little slow & high bar prices which meant we only ate in once - which was a shame - but there are plenty of other options in the locality. This hotel has a view/position on the beach which is unrivalled. Lovely indoor pool & spa. We would definitely return.

Our first time in Jersey to celebrate husbands birthday and it was wonderful! This hotel is simply stunning, the quality of the food is just incredible and so fresh. We were welcomed by Ethan who was lovely and helpful. Armand in the restaurant is from Peru and he's so lovely as well as Robert and Chloe. The hotel is directly on the beach with nearby shops and restaurants with a bus stop outside the hotel with regular buses to St Helier and the lighthouse! Breakfast at the hotel is delicious, rooms spotlessly clean and lobely warm shower! We also met David in the spa who was very friendly and welcoming! Thank you to everyone at this hotel for a fantastic weekend!

This is our first time in Jersey and we were not disappointed. This hotel is amazing, the staff were all very wonderful they all made us feel special. The room was lovely but the bed was a little bit uncomfortable for me but this is really down to personal preference. All the meals that we had were delicious and well presented. The fridge was as always stocked with bottles of water and Jersey Milk in a carton and not in little pots which was a nice touch. We ordered Room Service a couple of times and that was very good also. I would definitely recommend this hotel, our room had an ocean view which was so nice and hearing the sea was so calming and relaxing.
