Overall great location! & staff was amazing, one thing that we wished was the room being a little bigger and more spacious and a more comfortable bed but overall area was nice and easy to arrive to, ferry is a cross the street and staff was able to support on taxi needed.

Views are incredible. Property could use some upgrades and staff friendliness at the front desk was lacking.

The stay was great and the location. The bed itself was fine, but the pillows were uncomfortable. The shower was not good as the folding doors did not keep the water in the tub area making the floor wet and unsafe. Very nice hotel and clean with ferry very close.

The location of this property is truly beautiful, with lovely views of the lake. The room itself was spacious, which was a definite plus with a very nice balcony overlooking the lake, and the ferry stop was conveniently close by. We also appreciated being within walking distance to Villa Carlotta and just a short bus ride from Villa Balbianello. There were four decent dining options nearby, and breakfast was nicely presented on a terrace overlooking the lake (though at an extra €20 per person). Great area on Tremezzo, very accessible to Bellagio, Verenna, Menagio and Luca. That said, there were some disappointments. The bathroom felt dated, and the bathtub design was unsafe for any adult, with a steep slanted base and nowhere secure to place your feet. When we raised this with management, the concern was brushed off as “not being marketed as accessible.” In reality, it was not an accessibility matter but a safety issue. Considering I was 7.5 months pregnant, it would have been thoughtful to offer a room with a flat shower instead. The breakfast, while beautifully set up, was just average in quality and lacked variety. Finally, there was no onsite parking available, despite the website advertising garage parking for €20 per night, although we were able to park on the street about 500m away without issue. At €280 per night, the overall value felt overpriced.

Very nicehotel, rooms with a wonderful view. Excellent service, very good wifi, bus stop right next to the hotel. Ferry stop right across the street. Several places in the area to have dinner or enjoy a delicious Gelato.

Great view! Great location to everything. Nice bar and food options. Rooms where small. AC didn’t work. Sink faucet was loose.

The location of the property is beautiful and the views from our balcony were stunning. We needed transportation a couple of times and we felt like we were met with a little of pushback from the staff. The showers were also very inconsistent with the temperature of the water and made a hard time to relax.

Lovely scenery but English are not welcome. In my experience it was a waste of £5000 that could have been spent elsewhere for a great experience. I really would read all of the reviews on site for the whole of lake Como. Maybe it's time to look further afield than Europe for next year. A real shame as the scenery is breathtaking but not worth wasting your money to be treated like a second class citizen in my opinion.
