The. Room I had was awful 214 my friend had 216 which was worse. It was clean but very small. The shower was a joke you had to get out of it to wash certain body parts if you get my gist. But the hotel. Food and staff were lovely can't fault that. Lake como is beautiful but avoid those rooms if you can.

I was very impressed with most aspects of the hotel, the cleanliness, the food choices and pleasantness of the staff. I paid an extra supplement for a balcony and lake view and I would strongly recommend it ( room 505) However, I was less impressed by the bathroom. Although extremely clean, I love a bidet when I am abroad but because it was in the corner with no grab rail I couldn’t use it. The shower , again was clean and the water pressure was fine, you had to step into it sideways because the sliding doors only allowed an opening of around 2ft. Again no grab handle or anywhere other than the floor to put the shower gel etc so when you bent down to use it you had to be very careful not to slip. If a person has a slip or fall in the shower they would be there until the cleaner came in the next day as there was no way of alerting anyone. Please Mr Manager, try the shower and see for yourself and make the necessary changes before an emergency occurs. I loved my week with you and hope to come back next year in the same room and with the changes mentioned. Thank you.

Just returned from a Shearings. Coach holiday to Hotel Bazzoni, Tremezzo. I paid a supplement for a balcony and lake view, it was worth it.A lovely spacious, clean, air conditioned twin bedded room with high ceilings and amazing views of the lake and mountains. It had a modern en suite shower, toilet, bidet and basin room with plenty of space for toiletries, and clean towels daily. The room had a large screen t.v. with multi channels including English ones, plenty of wardrobe and shelving space with a safe. The staff were friendly, attentive and informative. The food was varied , plentiful and delicious. A great variety at breakfast, hot and cold to suite every taste. We had an inclusive holiday and the packed lunch was fine. Dinner was 4 courses and extra if required, no need as the buffet starter then waiter service for the rest of the main meal courses pasta, mains and dessert all with choices . My son enjoyed the meat main courses and as I love fish I had it every evening bar one (salmon, trout, swordfish, sea bass, sea bream). A large bar area indoors and outdoors, and a singer to entertain in the evenings. They do have a speciality restaurant with a surcharge if you are celebrating a special occasion but we had no need of that. Outside was a swimming pool and large jacuzzi with sun beds and welcome sun umbrellas as the weather was extremely hot in the mid 30’s . There is a bus stop outside the hotel with frequent services to Como city and villages along the lakeside. Also over the road is the ferry terminal for trips on the lake. Tremezzo is a small village with few shops but within walking distance of Villa Carlotta a local sight. As we were on a coach tour we were out most days so the location was fine. There is a small shop next to the hotel which sold a few essentials, e.g.water and a deli served by a cheerful shopkeeper. Would love to return.

This hotel caters mostly to tour groups that drop them off in big buses. But I scored a decent price single room as an independent traveler. I think that’s where the different perspective comes from. The lakes region isn’t known for good foods. It’s heavily touristy. So a large number of bus tour guests complain about the food. But from my experience, the food in this hotel is actually slightly above average compared to other restaurants in the Lake Como area. That’s to say very few of them are your typical Italian dining experience. I happened to like the starters on offer and fill myself with those before even the first course came. The next day I had the mindset I couldn’t care less if there’s no main course! That said, the pasta and the second course is indeed forgettable. The pool hour is short and not all that helpful. But there’s a town beach within walking distance after the pool closes. The single room is the tiniest I’ve ever been. Still, it’s adequate. It’s clean and functional. The staff do their best to serve. My room was on the top floor. So I wasn’t affected by the noise from the bar. I thought the bar area is actually pretty nice for hanging out as there’s absolutely nothing else to do after dinner. The village of Tremezzo is tiny. There’s not much going on. But if you’re visiting the Lake Como region by taking the various ferries, Tremezzo is a great base. And hotel Bazzoni is a decent option.

The hotel was situated on the shore of Lake Como right opposite the ferry stop. The view was fantastic. The hotel was clean and my mum and I were put in a family room which was sectioned off into 2 rooms, the double room was fine but I had a single room which had no air con and was dark. The main thing that lets the hotel down is the food. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice and presented well even had a toaster but the evening meal left a lot to be desired the meat was tough and chicken thighs were in fact chicken drumsticks and veg often cold. Too much salt used too. If food was improved I would recommend the hotel to anyone. Staff very nice and always pleasant and helpful

Just back from our Shearings holiday staying at this hotel ,and really can't fault it .Nice room ,with stunning sea views ,and ,although not large ,was perfectly adequate .Although all inclusive,instead of a "help yourself buffet " we had a 3 course menu with waiter service .Only minor issues was that a couple of the bar staff could learn to smile a bit !

We stayed at Hotel Bazzoni in Tremezzo and had the most fantastic stay. The location was perfect with Lake Views and directly across from the Ferry port. Our room was modern and fairly spacious. We relaxed at the pool. The breakfast was lovely. The bar was the best part. The staff were lovely and in particular Victoria who made the most outstanding cocktails. We had a cocktail in the grand hotel and returned to our bar as Victoria’s cocktails were far superior ⭐️

Great value in a great area. It was lovely having the ocean view. I thought we would have further views but we have wonderful unobstructed ocean views. Love Tremezzo and this hotel has great value for the area. AND, right next to the ferry station!

Congratulations to ALL the team at the Bazzoni. The lovely staff are one big family and they make you feel part of it. The spacious and convivial bar is a great place to meet up and then off to one of the Bazzoni reseraunts to be spoiled for choice. We were a party of 23 and to a persson are booking for next year. Thanks once again, for an amazing experience, staying with you.
