Staff was nice, beds were comfortable, only thing is bathrooms could be cleaner.
Clean room, newest facility in the area. Good lighting in parking areas. Comfortable bed.
The whole stay was good. Since our room hadn’t been cleaned had ask for clean towels, coff, and trash emptied. They did as soon as I asked. Leaving the desk clerk wasn’t helpful and made a jester behind my back that my husband observed. Not professional at all!
The front desk was very courteous. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. Loved the shade to make the room dark. Changes to the soaps and lotions are a big improvement

It was ok, they just didn't return my deposit yet, and the room was spotless when i left
Overnight staff are not properly trained on how to deal with children doing backflips all night long above you without their parents present.
We will probably not stay there again.. Unheated pool and non working jets on hot tub.. We paid extra for for a pool. The kids will get in in but not adults. This has been a problem since covid. This is not where you should cutting. I don't mind the cutting of room services, but pool we [paid extra for. DeLores
