Palm Royale Resort - Soma Bay

Personnel, accueillant. Architecture, magnifique décoré avec goût. La chambre était très confortable. Nous nous nous sommes senti à l’aise dans l’établissement. Merci à toute l’équipe. Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances.

S’il faut mettre quelque chose,.. le buffet chaud n’était jamais chaud. Les plats cuisinés étaient à peine tiède et arrivent froid dans notre assiette, ce qui n’est pas très agréable. Sinon le buffet quand même excellent pour tout le reste.

This is the first time we are leaving a review about a hotel, although we travel a lot. But I want to leave it here, even though 2.5 weeks have already passed since our vacation. First of all, it is the hotel staff - from the moment you entered the lobby to the rest of your stay, in the room, in the restaurants, on the beach, at the pool. We are from Ukraine, we were on vacation with children, without husbands. And the staff did everything possible to make our children and us feel like family, safe, and where they care about us. In the restaurant, the children were always approached, special thanks to the restaurant manager, he always greeted and wished us a good day in Ukrainian. The cleaning was wonderful, they made figures for the children, and took into account the cleaning time taking into account the daytime sleep of the younger child. We would like to separately say hello and thank the waiter at the pool, on the beach and in the evening in the lobby - Abanoub! 🤍The children are delighted with him, thank him for his wonderful cocktails for both children and us adults, as well as his good mood and attention. The check-in went well, they took into account our wishes, checked us in earlier, and while they were actually preparing our rooms, we had breakfast. It's nice after a long journey. The beach and the sea are sandy, with a gentle entrance, ideal for children. Animation for children - they try very hard. The children and we were satisfied. You have an incredible atmosphere in the team, we can feel it! All the best for Palm Royal team! 🫶🤍

I returned again to my favorite resort in Soma bay after long time more than 9 years approximately. I felt happy as usual, the team was helpful . My reservation was in Family room and I have upgraded free to Family Suit . It was amazing room with classic furniture with Sea and resort view . It was all inclusive reservation and there variates of food in each meal , breakfast, lunch and dinner. Room number was 1302 in the third floor in the main building. There are many activities like ping pong and billiards. The beach was amazing with soft sand no need for rock shoes , there are also many free floaters to ride it upon the water to practice snorkeling.

My vocabulary is not so good to discrube this place. Excellent is not good enough to say about staff of Palm Royal. They are brilliant, amazing = YOU NEED TO COME AND FEEL IT ! Food, beach, landscaping = BRAVO ! If you want to come to Hurghada don't think to much. Pick Palm Royal Resort to stay and enjoy your holiday. All the best to everyone at Palm Royal !!

Beautiful place, especiallly for people who making windsurfing or kitesurfing , because of professional SURFMOTION spot just close to the hotel

The best hotel in the area. The best services, especially Tadros Lotfy, the head bartender. Food is great, the rooms are big and with garden. The best place for kitesurfing!
