Palm Royale Resort - Soma Bay

Nice beach, lot of content. Food was great and the stuff is amazing. We felt comfortable and welcomed.

Fantastic, very friendly, elegant hotel. The stuff is fully client oriented. A lot of water entertainment in Aqua Center, Abu is absolutely fantastic, his snorkeling boat trips, swimming with dolphins activities are memorable. Abu himself is a very kind and helpful person.

Such a fantastic hotel, the grounds are beautifully located on the coast. The rooms are kept in a slightly colonialist style. The stuff is forever helpful, ready to solve any problem. There are many activities to choose from, both for children and adults, we especially recommend Aqua Center providing unforgettable water trips, swimming with dolphins, tortoises and snorkeling. Its manager- Abu Raslan is our new best friend, always offering a bright smile and a new adventure.

Overall was a very good experience in this resort. Hotel should consider some renovation in future as bar on the beach was damaged by storm, and sewage smelled in the room. But on the other hand friendly staff, great beach and amazing food made our stay felt very good! I would especially send gratitude to Mr. Mohsen Lahzy, Tadros Lotfy and their bar crew for the amazing experience! They were very professional, kind and always there to help us and made our stay look great! Also would like to send our regards to Hanan Abd Etsalam who made delicious panckes and waffles everyday, which our kids adored.

Resort immenso, cibo ottimo in tutti i loro ristoranti. Varie attività sportive tutte accessibili direttamente dal resort. Eventi frequenti. Lo consiglierei.

Purtroppo non erano presenti barriere coralline accessibili direttamente dalla spiaggia, bisognava prendere la barca. Tengo a precisare che non è colpa dell'hotel.

From the moment we arrived at the hotel, we received excellent service, superb food, a spotless room and wonderful beach! Hakim was so welcoming and helpful when we arrived. He also organised a bottle of milk in our room mini bar as we are big tea drinkers! Olivier the Executive Chef oversaw great food, and was always walking around. Any problems or dietary requirements dealt with quickly and without fuss. The buffet has a wide variety of hot and cold food daily so there is always something for you to choose. Also a live pasta and pizza station which was great. Nishantha, the manager of the Asian Restaurant is so friendly , and in our mind runs the best restaurant! Mena is the bars manager - a true character and someone you have to meet! All his staff are attentive and friendly. Abanoub and Mahmoud waited on us in Johnny's bar and were always efficient with big smiles! Mohammed and his team on the beach keep it clean and tidy all day, and are helpful and attentive - moving sunbeds around and providing help as well as keeping an eye on their lifeguarding duties. Kannan Subramaniam runs a tight ship in room management. Our room was immaculate, well maintained, and cleaned daily.
