Dreams Playa Bonita Panama - All Inclusive

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had the best time at Dreams Playa Bonita! The service is absolutely amazing — we never felt like we were without something, and there was always someone ready with a smile to take care of us. Two employees in particular made our trip extra special: Zancheliano at the Lobby Bar and Kathiel at Portofino. Zancheliano somehow had our drinks ready before our feet even hit the lobby floor — he must have eyes in the back of his head! He’s easily one of the best bartenders I’ve ever had at a resort, and we travel pretty frequently. Kathiel was just as wonderful — she remembered us from our first meeting and always greeted us warmly, even when we were dining at other restaurants. People have complained about the food, but we never had a bad meal! Even the breakfast buffet was great every morning. I also have to mention Eduardo at the buffet for breakfast and lunch — he was always so happy, welcoming, and such a pleasure to see each day. The rooms are very nice, standard hotel rooms with great balconies overlooking the ocean — I believe all rooms are at least partial ocean view. The pools were sparkling clean, and the beach was perfect for looking for seashells. Everything around the property was clean and very well maintained. The location is another big plus — only about 30 minutes from downtown Panama City and 15 minutes from the ferry to Taboga Island. Uber rides are affordable to and from the hotel, and the security team always ensures guests are safe, even confirming details at the gate before you leave with your driver. We will definitely be back to Dreams Playa Bonita for future stays in Panama. It’s a beautiful resort with wonderful people who truly make you feel welcome!

Numero uno bartender 🥳 Sanchez makes the best drinks and the best videos for the guests. 10/10 experience and a lot of that is due to him. The staff as a whole is excellent, there are too many to name but it’s the best part of the stay.

Nice views, wonderful service of the workers, not so nice food, very bad room. Lot of condensated water around the room.

I've had a blast! Sanchez has definitely been our favorite bartender. Jorge, Juaun, and the other bartenders have been great too. The restaurant hosts have been totally welcoming and the servers have been nothing short of gracious. Great experience. I would recommend and would come back. Panama is beautiful, wild, with modern and old world charm.

Everything was clean, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. My friends and I felt so comfortable and taken care of the entire time. A special shoutout to Sanchez, the bartender — he was phenomenal and truly made our first night (and every night after) feel special. We’d absolutely come back again!

Jungle tour at dreams was fantastic. Alexander was very knowledgeable and entertaining. It was amazing to see so much wildlife so close tot he resort. Highly recommend.

Zancheliano works the main lobby bar every day. His day off is Sunday. He is absolutely amazing at entertainment. He will make sure your drinks stay cold, full, and plenty full. And also brings great energy to the room whether there’s a full house or it’s not that busy.

Good room, good services, good breakfast buffet, good night entertainment, good pool services, good day entertainment, need more lunch variety and standard beef grill options, not “special”

Sanchez in the main bar is excellent and mak6e the experience personable. Greats every person with the upmost respect.

There was mold on the lamp shades, ceiling and linen. The rooms need to be updated! The safe did not work. The entry door had to be forced closed. The bathroom door was very difficult to open and close. Our air conditioner did not work properly all the time. Resulting in sweating through out the night.... hot to cold, cold to hot. This plus the mold resulted in me getting sick. I was thankful for the medicine the gift shop. I do not have a desire to return to this hotel and would not recommend going. There were 6 other people in our group of 11 that expressed issues with mold and smelling mold. This resulted in switching rooms. *The water aerobics was awesome!! We also were able to release sea turtles, that was a once in a lifetime experience and truly a blessing. I will never forget that!
