The room size

The strong smell of wet dogs or whatever that smell was smells so bad and the room didn’t smell fresh or clean neither. The room wasn’t clean properly. It was what look like blood on the door, the pull out sofa mattress was dirty, we couldn’t sleep on it. The cooking appliances pot handle was very loose. It more but I’ll stop here . I Was very disappointed with this stay. I had another hotel I booked but decided to cancel it to stay here because Stay Bridge is normally very good but I never been to a Stay Bridge Hotel like this , most of them are really beautiful and super clean . Would not be back.

I enjoyed my stay at the property. The location was very convenient to go to the airport and was very close to the shopping mall .

I didn’t have any breakfast, but I loved how tucked in the hotel was, the duck pond was a wonderful surprise. A nice quiet location, yet close to everything. We ordered Dominican food from Comfort Foodie and it was delicious. I highly recommend.

Check in took waaaaaay too long. At prime check out times nobody was at the front desk. It was challenging as well because I had just had surgery and couldn’t stand long. There was no bell or alert device so I was just standing and waiting.

Staff was amazing. Front Desk to Cleaning Crew. Air conditioning being vented was amazing in every area of the room. It was perfect for the price. Thanks

Carpet in the hall and in the rooms is very worn \ stained and unfortunately had a few unexpected visitors to my room, but the cleaning crew took care of the issue immediately.
