Staybridge Suites Houston - Willowbrook by IHG

Property was very nice.

Unfortunately my air wasn’t working in my room and I was very disappointed having to pay all that money & my air wasn’t working.

I really enjoyed the location and I enjoyed the room the rooms could have been a little bit cleaner and I did see that they are going to renovate in the future the area is very good the pond was pretty cool family and I had a good time we went out to Sam Houston race Park and we checked out circus Soleil echo and we also went the next stage to check up the horse racing all in all it was a win-win very safe location good stuff

Police cars all over the entrance and inside the lobby, elevators, etc. Children of guests running rampant through the halls. The check-in clerk stated that the rooms were vandalized and destroyed and police had been there for four hours. My friends and I canceled our reservations and left.

Pet friendly

The breakfast was much better than others Staybridge Hotels where I have stayed. I recommend it!
