Elizabeth Pointe Lodge

Stayed in a waterfront king room at Elizbeth Pointe Lodge in October 2025. Room and view were wonderful. The Lodge was exceptionally clean, and the staff was superb. Each member of the staff made it a point to provide full attention to our needs. Elizabeth Pointe is everything a guest could want for when visiting Amelia Island. We plan to visit again in the future,

We were looking forward to this trip as the Inn was a recommendation from a friend. Shortly before arrival, we received a call to let us know kitchen was being remodeled and breakfast would be catered. I have experienced wonderful catered breakfasts in the past. Upon arrival, we found out the kitchen remodel was happening all day 9-ish to 4-ish each day. Forget the relaxing atmosphere! Breakfast was horrid. We sat near someone who is a regular guest and she went on and on about the wonderful breakfasts we missed. In talking with the Manager, she said "what is going on here should not affect you as a guest". We had scrambled eggs every day, sausage every day with the exception of our last day where we had a choice of soggy French Toast sticks with the eggs. The manager said it should be a rotating breakfast menu with potato casserole, biscuits & gravy, etc. Instead of checking to see if we were correct, she told us they were spending thousands of dollars on this caterer. I would get rid of this caterer. It was hospital food quality. We will not be back as there was no compensation for the inconvenience of the remodel and we felt the manager was not apologizing at all in talking to us. Stay away for the next week or so until reno is complete especially if you are coming for relaxation and a romantic getaway.

Our trip to Fernandina Beach was a delight. We stayed at Elizabeth Pointe and it was a real treat. Our room was roomy and comfortable. The beach is perfect with beach chairs and umbrellas already set- up. No carrying it out to the beach. They had a “happy hour” from 4-5. It was a nice chance to meet other travelers. The breakfast was wonderful. Fruit, eggs, breakfast casserole, muffins and others pastries. The front desk was very helpful with information on restaurants and attractions in the area. We give Elizabeth Pointe an A+++ rating. We will come back asap

Great property with beautiful beach. Breakfast each morning as well as cookies at night were an added plus. We will definitely be back.

This is our second stay. We are so happy to be here. Everyone here is so nice & accommodating. Breakfasts are delicious and ample selections. Ally who served us breakfast was exceptional. She’s so upbeat and pleasant. Sitting on the wraparound porch watching the waves is so relaxing. The beach and scenery both day and night is spectacular. The inn is so beautiful and very comfortable. I’m looking forward to visiting again next year. If you want to relax & unwind this is the place to stay.

Elizabeth Pointe is a beautiful property with exceptional employees. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and intend to return for future stays on Amelia Island

Waking up to a gorgeous sunrise from our ocean view room vantage was nothing short of incredible. The downtown area is close by, and the amenities make for an especially welcoming stay, which include a complimentary breakfast and light afternoon refreshments (wine, beer, and charcuterie-based snacks).
