Great full off the menu breakfast and happy hour with beer or wine each afternoon. Absolutely the friendliest staff at the front desk I have ever experienced. Highly recommended!!!!

The room was very comfortable. The renovated bathroom was great. Loved the breakfast and happy hour and all day coffee and treats. Loved sitting on the beach as well as on the porch. The staff was over and beyond kind and friendly. Loved the convenience of parking and getting to the downtown area. The only thing missing for us was a pool because we just enjoy both options. But the beach was beautiful and clean. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!

I have always been captivated by this hotel and hoped to stay one day. I am thrilled to say that they have exceeded my expectations. I was notified in advance that their elevator was out of service, but upon my arrival to find it operational. Ally prepared complimentary breakfast every morning and really appreciated the tip. Tipping is never expected but always appreciated. Thank you for your hospitality and a fantastic experience.

did not have elevator working, promised help with luggage, had only young girl to carry up, not workable. Elevator not working for weeks, and promise of quick repair, never happened. Does not change bed linens during stay, do not clean shower during stay. Could use a dresser in each room. Work force friendly. Few towels left each day. somewhat over priced for what u get.

First let me say that the staff was the best! Next, and equal, is the location -- it can't be beat. We stayed during the period their elevator wasn't working -- we were ok with this and managed our luggage. However, I believe this compromised the housekeeping and cleaning of our room -- there were several things missed and it looked as though they simply straightened the bed sheets and took the dirty towels. They did not empty the trash can, take away dirty glasses, and I don't think they really cleaned the shower as there was a towel still on the shower floor which I had used as a mat as there is no bath mat to mitigated the slippery floor. Breakfast was great and I want to give kudos to Nealey who was great. We enjoyed our stayed, it is close to town and a couple of restaurants. I loved the location but I am not sure all in all it was worth the very high price we paid for our stay.

Everything was great. It was unfortunate. The elevator was broken, but that’s unusual, but it was not a problem for us. Breakfast was wonderful at the resort and we all always love having dinner at David’s restaurant.

I don't know where to start. The elevator was out. We did get a call from the property informing of us of this. However by photos I would think the establishment was maybe 2 floors. We were on the 4th. That's 4 flights of stairs to drag luggage up and down. In 100 degree heat. There was a 80lb young lady trying to help but could barely make it up 2 steps so we told her thank you but we will manage. When they called to let us know the elevator was not working we should have been told the possibility of the floor level and if we had any disabilities or issues with stairs. It's a complete safely issue. I have lung issues due to autoimmune and I could barely make it. Thére were febreze plug ins down the entire hallway that gag you. Apparently from a smell problem. After deep diving the reviews on Google, the elevator has been out over a month. My knee is killing me and we felt like we had been hit by a bus the next day. Thank goodness it was a one night pitt stop. The beds were rock hard. The breakfast was average. I would bypass this place. Apparently ownership changed hands and there have been complaints. There is no shower bar or anything to hold too. Do of if you get to much body wash or shampoo on the shower floor good luck trying not to slip. I am surprised we did not have an accident trying to maneuver the stairs plus the heat. Horrible experience.
