Having access to two pools was nice, and the equipment was great.

There is no elevator, there was no balcony in the room to sit out on. The pool scum line needs to be cleaned on both pools.

The staff were very friendly

We asked for a room with 2 doubles n sofa bed. We got no sofa bed. The lake Lakeview was a picture of the road n trees no lake on either left or right of the balcony. When I attempted to complain, they said because it was booked from an outside party.. booking. Com

The view from the restaurant patio was beautiful

We had room 135. It should never be rented out. There were holes in the walls, the floor was peeling. The room was so damp that everything was wet all the time. The beds were wet, the floor was in a constant state of stickiness. We've attached 3 photos but there was so much more wrong with the room. 1 lightbulb from both the bathroom and coffee area were both out so they were poorly lit. We noticed this was a trend in other rooms as well. The fan in the bathroom was not working so that added to the humidity in the room when we had a shower. The breakfast that we had to pay $16 for, most hotels provide that complimentary. The restaurant is really expensive. We ordered 3 apps and 2 drinks. Our bill was $103. We were there for a wedding but could only stay the Friday night as we had to leave for a funeral. We asked for a late check out so we would not have to get into our wedding attire too early. Wedding was at 3pm. The latest they would give us was 12pm even though the text I received said we could book a late check out for $20 per hour extra.

We have gone here in the past as a family and enjoy it. The hotel is good has had some updates done but could use more. Bathrooms are needing totally upgrades. The doors to the rooms are not always able to close and get stuck. Beds are ok not the most comfortable pillows aren’t bad. There is no elevators you must be able to carry you things to the rooms. To get to the beach there are tons of stairs not good for everyone with mobility issues or older guests at all they are steep and uneven also there is a wasp nesting underneath the steps so you need to be careful they are everywhere. Would be a good idea for a golf cart that can take you from the top to the bottom. The indoor pool we didn’t use as it needs work very cloudy looking, the outdoor pool would be great but needs cleaning there is lots of hair balls and bugs in the 4 days we where there not once did we see anyone clean the pools. The fire alarm went off we all went outside there was a firefighter that was staying at the hotel at the time that was upset at how the whole situation was handled as they were not telling anybody to evacuate and hadn’t called the fire department, you went outside and fire department came and let us back in. There is lots to do for family’s the restaurant is available only for breakfast and dinner no lunch options available as you sit on the beach. Would we go again maybe. But maybe they could use a bit more staff to help up keep.

We booked this resort on their official site, and a week before our reservation, it was cancelled due to overbooking. This is completely outrageous, as it’s a long weekend and we can’t find anything now last minute. I hope people think twice before booking this place….

for what we paid it definatelly wasent worth it looks like the best years of this place are well behind it we asked for a water view and instead got an awesome veiw of the parking lot which has spots so tight you have to squeeze out of your door to get out when we checked in the concierge was not very helpfull no explaining anything about the wi fi or amenities seemed like he didnt want to be there again for what they charge it definatelly not worth your money would not recomend this place

The attitude of staff and the restaurant facilities... We were very disappointed about the dinner at the restaurant.... first we were told to wait for 20 minutes by Allie... when we came back after 20 minutes, we were again told to wait for 10 minutes by Allie.... she mentioned that there is a group of 30 people that is more important to serve.... it was looking that we were avoided to getting served due to racism... we had 3 kids in our group who were getting very hungry due to the extended wait times.... made us regret to book with this resort....
