The staff are really helpful and location is good.

No outdoor activities and facilities in Summer other than pool and spa. Even the boating area was closed on Sunday despite good weather.

Bad experience as there were bed bugs in our room and the bedsheet had blood stains.

This advertised as dog friendly - it is not. This advertised a restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner - it was closed the whole time (3 days) I was there. The place was empty and they put us in a noisy room by the laundry where there was a massive ceiling leak. There was a huge centipede in the bathroom. I would not recommend or ever go back there. Also, no elevator and we had to lug stuff up and down a lot of stairs.

The location was very picturesque. It was a very relaxing, laid-back site for a wedding reception, which was the reason for my visit. The location was also far from anything else, and so, all transportation had to be carefully pre-arranged.

It was a pleasant experience. It was quiet, the room was standard we didn’t expect too much. Lots of activity, staff are friendly and helpful. If there was a gym that would we awesome.

Property needs some attention. Tennis courts in very poor shape. Resort appears old and in need of a refresh.

The hotel was barely occupied and I got a dirty room facing the parking lot. Dusty floors, pieces of food and liquid stains on the nightstand and TV cabinet, paint chipped on the door, and an absolutely disgusting bathroom. I was too scared to shower in there. When complained to the front desk clerk, she apologized but didn't do absolutely anything. She pointed to the sign with an email address and told me to send my concerns to that address. Which I did. They tried to call me, but I wasn't able to answer at the time, and I emailed back asking for a written response instead. Heard nothing back. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Not to mention, their breakfast wasn't included in the price, and I honestly was too disgusted to eat on premises. There were signs of neglect everywhere - from non functioning water fountain, to peeling paint, to musky odour in hallways, filthy fake grass by the main entrance etc I will never ever return there again and will discourage everyone I know from staying there. Oh, and the tennis and basketball courts looked disintegrated, abandoned and dirty. Nothing like in the online pictures.

Came here recently for a wedding and had a great time. The place isn’t super fancy, but it had everything we needed and the vibe was just right. Check-in was probably the easiest I’ve ever had. In and out in a couple minutes. Staff were friendly and helpful the whole time. There’s an indoor and outdoor pool, plus a hot tub. They had some water toys available and a staff member there to help if you needed anything, which was nice and easy. They do a cheap breakfast in the mornings – didn’t try it, but it’s there if you want it. Bar service was solid. No long waits, and the drinks were on point. The wedding itself went really well. The setup was simple but worked great, and the whole place just had this relaxed, no-stress vibe that made the weekend fun. Would definitely go back for another event.
