Majestic Beach Resort by Resort Collection

This was our second stay at the Majestic Beach Resort, it was not quite as nice as our first stay 2 years ago. Nothing against the resort, just the unit we stayed in: Tower 1, unit 2302. The balcony views were amazing. The unit itself was not quite as clean as we’ve had before. The living room furniture was/is a bit dirty, wobbly side tables. Not much can be done about the sound of the nonstop elevators, but it is a bit annoying. We love the PCB area and would definitely stay again, just maybe not at Majestic Beach Resort. 😳

If I could get a refund I would. Don’t stay in 2313. There is this awful banging noise all day and night long. I have tried to contact the property manager and he refuses to respond. The company we booked from couldnt care less they got there money. I should have realized there was an issue when there was only 1 review in the past years. The place is old . There are no pots and pans decent enough to cook a meal. They should be ashamed. You have to flush the toilet two times always. If you’re elderly, the bathtub is two feet high to crawls in and out of . Don’t lock the back sliding glass door you will never get it opened. We didn’t have hot water for two days. They had no idea why. There are no bars to hold on to. The pillows are like bricks. We had to get a sound machine because of the noise. Never again.

Horrible! Needs to be updated. Dirty. Candy wrapper stuck to bedroom floor. Toilet bowl not clean. Clothing sticker on bed sheets. Tape on dresser. 6 adults snd 3 children. Water heater ran out after 1 person showered. 1 wash cloth and 1 roll of toilet paper for 4 people in 3rd bathroom. Clock broken.

The room was clean but had water leaks all through the bathroom ceilings. Even a hole from a leak in one of the bathroom ceilings. The balcony door would not lock. The beds are hard and extremely noisy which makes it hard to move around without waking anyone else. The condo was clean but was not like the pictures presented. It is very dated.

It would have been perfect...but the card i had on file for incidentals was processed for the total of my trip that i had already paid for. Then tell me it will take 14days to get a refund...which sucks

First they sent us an email last minute saying condo at majestic was not available they can find me something I just have to pay the extra fee…..I didn’t want to do that found me a condo at summit the cleaning of condo was horrible even sent pictures. They sent 2 cleaning ladies only stayed for 5 minutes I do not ever want southern company again!

Don’t stay in 1-1615. Terrible condition. The room had both roaches and bedbugs! My wife has over a dozen bites from bed bugs. Currently she is being tortured by the itching. This room is hosted by RealJoy vacations. The unit itself is in need of repair and cleaning. They charge a huge fee to clean the unit but the cleaning company does not clean it. The baseboards are filthy. The walls have holes in them. The shower leaked all over the floor. The commode runs all the time. No one has inspected this unit in years. The owners are responsible for the unit but RealJoy has an obligation to assure that the units are in livable condition. I will probably never go back to MBT because of this. The homeowner association doesn’t seem to care either. I talked to them and they weren’t very concerned. The health department should close this place down. There is no security lock on the front door. The bedroom door is almost off the hinge and won’t close. The bathroom door won’t close.

This place was absolutely amazing!!! The view was amazing. Everything you need was already there. I will be coming back soon.

Property was fantastically kept, very clean and was very quiet - which was a nice surprise given how large the condo was. Parking and check-in could’ve been slightly smoother, but overall the trip was perfect in almost every facet. 10/10 recommend

Quiet and cozy hotel, great opportunities for relaxation. The hotel staff does their job well, polite and responsive. Thank you and all the best to you.
