"As good as ever!"

The Polurrian is situated in the most wonderful location on the cliffs overlooking the sometimes wild seas. Walking is easy when heading either right or left from the hotel - one way takes you to the Lizard and is a really bracing good walk. The other way is a shorter walk taking you to Poldhu Cove. The sights along the way plus the fresh air cannot fail to work up an appetite for the excellent food provided at the hotel. And wine of course. The staff are attentive without being obtrusive and do a sterling job. The rooms are well kitted out with comfortable beds which allow a much needed good nights sleep. A top hotel in a top location.

"Relaxing and comfortable."

As we are walkers we were able to enjoy the lovely local walks and views. We had a lovely sea view from our room which was clean and tidy. The restaurant served a good choice of food freshly cooked.

Visited this fabulous hotel on the Lizard in Cornwall for the first time and really couldn’t fault anything ! We all had lunch - beef burger, fish finger burger and falafel burger . Everything was freshly cooked and really tasty ,great value for money and generous portions ! Great views from the restaurant and the staff were all brilliant especially Harry who really went above and beyond ! I’d thoroughly recommend this spectacular hotel/restaurant and we’ll definitely be back ….soon !

What a fantastic stay. The food and service were both excellent. We had a sea facing room with a very nice view out across Mounts bay and the bed was really comfortable. We'll be back - soon.

What an amazing introduction to the beauty of Cornwall ! The location was magnificent, hotel facilities were top notched and great hospitality to top it off ! Such care and attention for everything that was on offer, our Labrador had the best time as well !
