Lilly Lounge is one of the most disgraceful places - do not come if you need to be segregated and be excluded from discounts and BE TOLD TO sit outside even if there are seats , we were told to sit outside by the staff while 6 to 8 PEOPLE WERE STILL GOING INSIDE right infront of us. We queried and they said that “seats were available some places “ that’s why they were let in while WE STILL SAT OUTSIDE with a fan and mosquitos. HIGHLY recommend taking a grab to Pub Street and avoid this lounge at all cost

The hotel is good, but be careful when you order Room service, as these people will add TIPS in US$ from $2 - $3 without your authority. You will end up paying more as they will automatically add 15% on top of the bill for tax and service charge, which is standard and I'm happy to pay, but forging the bill to add their tips is fraud and is dishonest.

Stayed here for 2 nights. We were a bit worried after reading dinner of the previous reviews but have to say we really enjoyed our stay and it’s definitely a 4 star for Cambodia. Breakfast was great, the hotel is a little out of the main town but 10 mins in a tuktuk. Perfect place to stay for touring round the temples

I extended my stay in Siem Reap and it was the convenience, location, pricing and staff that I chose to stay with. Nothing was too much trouble and everyone was so polite and courteous.

We spent 3 nights at the Tara Angkor Hotel and we greatly enjoyed the stay. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The food was great. The rooms were big. We used the gym and the massage facilities. The quality of the massage was excellent. We special shout out to our restaurant supervisor Theara. She was so engaging and it was lovely to talk to her to learn about Cambodian life. We highly recommend the motel, the staff and feel its worthwhile to visit Cambodia. A country with a significant history.

This is my second stay here. Everything seem like first time I've been here. The room clean,friendly staff and superb breakfast.

It's a great place ever. Room specous clean, friendly staff and good breakfast. We can choose verities of breakfast,Asian,Western and else. They set it as buffet. Siem Reap is a must place to visit once in your life.

Great accommodation, friendly staff, great service. Always happy to help, nothing ever problem. Great pool and adjoining facilities.
