Upon check in when we looked at the condition of the hotel we had to find another place to stay . The hotel was so filthy . We want full refund as we did not stay there

This property looks nice from the outside with well manicured landscape but the room I had looked like a run down motel. It had dirty black carpet which was a big turn off. The facility is very old and dated. Nothing was updated in my room.

Not a thing was good about this place, no pool, no food, no bar , no internet. I had to walk 1/2 mile for anything you wanted. Please do not recommend this place. I left 3 days early to come home, no refund, but it was your fault.
