The furniture was old and the bedsheets were way old and room cleaning should be everyday rather than every two days.The location of the property is great and the landscape is superb.loved the gardens with native and local plants.

I would never stay there again. Photo was something else and in real it was so dirty amd stinking.

There were tons of bugs. Bed bugs, cockroaches and mosquitoes. This hotel seemed more for locals. Virtually no restaurant. No other amenities. Pool is ok but needs a lifeguard as it’s way too overcrowded and kids are always left unattended at the water slides. Staff was helpful but need more training. Kitchen needs to be more stocked with cooking utensils. Overall ok for a long term stay if you can slum it.

First of all, I reckon the staff did their best to serve the customers. But the facility of this hotel is old and like a motel. For example: 1 Rooms are separated by the internal door. If anyone on your next room talking or even switch on / off the light, you can hear clearly. And I don't understand the their hotel rules, customers bring cooking wares to cook and even stereo speakers to have party in the room is allowed? You can't sleep early if you have trip to islands next morning. 2 The white pillows are darker inside. If you check by removing the pilliow cover. 3 Bed light doesn't work. I've mentioned 3 times no one come to fix. I will not recommend you book this hotel if you are travellers from other countries. Actually, the fact is, during my 4 days stay, I never see any foreigners. This hotel might be the paradise for local residents to have parties. But not for oversea tourists. By the way, there is nothing for the staff to improve. The staff already did their best I believe. Enthusiastic and always try to help. It is the owner of the hotel needs to work on a lot things to make it better.

Staff weren’t very friendly when we arrived , no breakfast available .had dinner in restranaut at but got rip off .

We were only spending the night but found it clean and functional. the pool looked nice. The food was delicious and the staff very nice. The WiFi costs but we were handed a phone to text our kids that we were OK, which I thought was very hospitable. It is located out of town a small distance.

I did not stay here but went to my room and looked around. I was so shocked and disappointed that I called around by phone,found other accomodation and then checked out. The only nice thing that was the same in the photos was the pool. The room was small, dirty and there were three outside doors which could be easily broken into, making me fearful to stay.

Bathroom had leaks, took 3 calls to get that sorted. WIFI was down and no one bothered informing me,no apology either. Some staffs in office were rude
