Grand West's Villas

I liked the fact that as soon as I got my studio room which was not what I was expecting I asked for an upgrade and I was given a lovely villa which was clean and very comfortable. I didn't like the fact that wifi was to obtained at a very high cost each day

Hotel staff not friendly, checking was poor, restaurant food, not good service, they said don't have to make food, TV only one channel and poor connection, not enough lighting very week light though out the room not happy with this hotel would never go back

To start with the positive, the staff were so lovely, especially Deepak at the restaurant. The pool and slide were amazing. The resort is in quite a handy location, near beach and town. But it seems the resort is poorly managed. We were disappointed due to a lot of misleading/false advertising eg there was no wi-fi in the rooms (apparently it was "down" but we were suspicious, they let us log in to the WiFi in the reception area but it was unreliable), there was no babysitting service, both these were advertised. Fresh towels were as rare as gold! With maid service, you can expect the floor to be swept and a packet of toilet rolls left on the table, no bedding changes. A big disappointment for us was that there were no cocktails available which is pretty unusual for a resort! And it's worth noting that it's right next to the airport which was a fantastic spectacle that our son LOVED but you may want to pack ear plugs. We still recommend the resort and would have had a much better time if we hadn't got our hopes up about certain services which were promised but undelivered.

The kitchen facilities were good. The other bathroom was a bit run down

Waited for 1 hour for front desk to find n check ne inn. The room didnt have hand, face, or floor towels when i asked they simply said no they disnt have it asked for extra towels never came with the room was not clean and also i booked a 2 bedroom villa with my family i had to pay $60.00 extra for them to stay this was bs also i paid $140.00 US for this room they only had 2 channels for the TV i mean i dont understand that we couldn't watch tv i really hated this i will never go bad again. Also they need to know customer service mean and how to accommodate people for the room

We arrived in this hotel on 11 July 2019. We booked 9 nights. Still here but, I couldn't to write a excellent review about it!! Nice welcoming, smiling and friendly staff. Every staff members are so kind, gentle and helpful. Made us fell at home. Tours and tickets assistance always available. The room are very clean , spacious with a nice terrace. Housekeeping service every day if want. Amazing and funny swimming pool. The environment kept very clean, perfect to have a nice relax, enjoy the green garden around you and the good food in the restaurant. Would definitely recommend staying here as a beautiful hotel with the best service. Chiara & Maikol

Staff were very friendly but their 1 towel per day policy was not good. No pool towels were distributed. Night receptionist needs more training on telephone and how to talk to guests.

Leak from bathroom vanity continuously onto floor, very messy as the floor is wet all the time. Replacement towels only provided after 4pm. Kids shouting and riding around on skateboards in the walkway right outside room early in the mornings. Location is good. Overall average accomodation....
