Location and staff friendliness. Rooms and facilities were very clean and impressive. Adult pool was nice, as we were traveling as a couple. Breakfast buffet was fabulous. Dinners were very good. Views from premium and suite rooms are amazing.

Discord over rooms and tours. Given the wrong room at first. Booked into the wrong tour, also. Perhaps staff needs more training.

Nous avons tout aimé de cet établissement. C’est superbe. Nous avons pris la suite et la vue sur la mer est splendide. Toutes les installations sont incroyables. Nous avons même extensionné notre séjour. La nourriture est excellente, le personnel fantastique. De la classe dans la nature. Nous avons vu beaucoup d’animaux ici.

excellent breakfast in a beautiful location. The pools were all beautiful with gorgeous views! My only dig was not enough seating but just need to get there early!

We enjoyed everything even the crazy monkeys playing havoc! A true bonus at the hotel!

L’emplacement La vue Les différentes piscines Le petit dejeuner

Notre chambre en 107 était humide, sombre, en rez de jardin donnant sur un couloir extrêmement bruyant matin midi et soir. Des enfants en bas âges de chaque coté qui hurlaient de 6h du matin aux personnes peu discrètes rentrant du bar pour se coucher. Une salle de bain minuscule et une douche cassée. Nous n’avons pas connu pire durant nos 12 merveilleux jours au Costa Rica. Ce n’était pas sans prévenir l’hotel en amont que nous voulions du calme. La reception a eu un geste commercial généreux en partant (merci Marcella) mais ca n’efface pas notre experience negative dans cet hotel qui se veut 5 etoiles!!!
