Parador Resort & Spa had everything we were looking for. It is surrounded by nature, with monkeys and sloths on the property itself and even a small nature trail within the grounds. There are several excellent restaurants, a superb breakfast, and a beach within walking distance. We booked the suites, which were extremely comfortable, spacious, and offered beautiful views along with a private pool. The resort itself is large, well maintained, and beautifully landscaped. We also appreciated that pickleball rackets were available at no extra cost. The gym is perfect! Overall, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. During our visit, there was a large fishing tournament taking place. One small suggestion would be to host related events and dinners (including speeches and applause) a bit away from the main guest dining areas, as it can affect the relaxed atmosphere in the restaurants. Overall, a fantastic stay and highly recommended.
