Iberostar Waves Las Dalias -All Inclusive

Everyone is fantastic, Barstaff, Animation team, restaurant staff, they can't do enough for you. We will be back next year

We are currently staying at las Dalias and the hotel is as expected. As previous reviews have stated the corridors and rooms could do with updating but this as bad as I can write. The service, staff, food and entertainment are excellent. In particular the kids entertainment was excellent, all of the staff were brilliant but we really loved Dana who was fantastic with our daughter who was her biggest fan! Vasilij was also brilliant for the daytime activities. We met Vasilij at another hotel 3 years ago and he is fantastic. Let this take nothing away from all of the other staff though because as I said the whole team were really good. All in all a great holiday.

This is a returning trip. The hotel is perfectly located. The entertainment team and service is incredible. Food is lovely. I had a room on the fourth floor 457 which is directly above the bar. Whilst it had two rooms, so great for space the noise from the bar and bin was not great, especially with a 6 year old. I’ve looked to return for Christmas 26 but the price has increased so much I’m not sure if it will be possible.

Great entertainment very good shows and activities in the day and night time,and food at the restaurant is second to none,great staff ,

We came back to this hotel because we enjoyed so much the first time. Food was of a good standard always something decent to eat the drinks package is as good as anywhere we’ve been. Always plenty of sun loungers and the pool area is good and a has an adults only section. The staff here are a credit to the hotel always professional and a smile from the bar staff to the cleaners to the restaurant managers they are a well oiled machine. The rooms and hallways in our opinion are 3 star at best and need some updating but we understand this is happening. All in all a very good hotel that offers great value and excellent staff, cannot wait to go back next year.

We are on day 2 of our holiday and still very disappointed we booked here. Upon arrival we knew we had made the wrong choice when we walked through to the pool area and saw how poor the facilities were. When we checked into our room we were even more disappointed and complained to easyJet right away (who have been no help and I won’t be using again). I am really shocked this hotel had the rating it does on Tripadvisor as I would never stay here again and honestly, can’t wait to leave. The reason for 2* is because the food is good.

Was not sure what to expect at the hotel but I was very pleasantly surprised . We had a premium pool view room which has a small private balcony and then and exclusive sun terrace overlooking the pool . Only these rooms have access to the sun terrace and as there are at least 2 sunbeds for each room, there is no problem in getting a bed . I thought the room itself was a little basic but everything was in good working order and exceptionally clean . A very large selection of quality foods available all day. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I would not hesitate to book this hotel again. Thanks

Loved the whole places the entertainment was great, the whole staff was fantastic, we will be coming back 100%. A++++++++++
