Playa Linda Beach Resort

Our favorite place to stay. Jessie is the captain of the ship on the beach. He always takes care of you during your stay. He’s the best.

Exceptional Service from the Bellman Team Junior and Diego From the moment we arrived at the resort, the bellman,Junior and Diego made us feel genuinely welcomed. They greeted us with a warm smile, handled our luggage with care, and offered helpful tips about the property and surrounding area. What really stood out was their attention to detail—remembering our names, anticipated our needs, and even followed up later to make sure we were settled in comfortably. Whether it was helping us navigate the resort or offering a friendly conversation after a long day, their professionalism and kindness elevated our entire stay. It’s rare to find someone who blends efficiency with such authentic hospitality. They are a true asset to the resort, and we’re grateful for the outstanding service.

Great time share hotel. Very well kept and right on the beach. Special shout out for Jessy, the morning beach manager who, along with security and beach staff, does a great job organizing and keeping the beach safe.

Great time always here! Super clean and the bellman Junior is the best! He’s always there when you need him and so kind and helpful! I do wish they would enforce not feeding the iguanas more closely as they are very comfortable around the pool and some type of deterrent is needed. Would also be great if a few chickees could be reserved in advance and maybe put those funds towards rewarding a great employee like Junior!

This is our first time to the Playa Linda and really enjoyed it. It's a great location. The rooms are a little dated, but the property is very clean and friendly. Just note that people wake up at 5 am to go out in the dark to wait for Chickie huts . It's not something I prefer to do on vacation. i'm sure someone could come up with a better hut reservation system. Otherwise everything was great .

The staff at the playa linda truly makes the stay wonderful. Jessie at the coffee hut makes you feel welcome whether you are a first time visitor or you are returning to your “Home away from Home”. Other great staff members are Diego,Junior and of course “CHAMPION!!!” -Kurt. All of them make your stay comfortable and enjoyable and they each go out of their way to help you with any of your needs. They are what helps make the Playa Linda such a great resort

Such a nice place. Great family activities, not rowdy, great beach. All the staff is nice and personable. I looked forward every morning to getting my coffee and having a lovely conversation with Jessie Arce. His positive energy was a great start to my day.

We were greeted by the Playa Linda staff in an upbeat, happy manner. Diego took care of ALL our luggage needs as we transferred between rooms and made sure we knew when our rooms were ready and available when he saw us. An awesome demonstration of care to the client. Much appreciated.

The Playa Linda was a wonderful experience. I wanted to rave about our housekeeper Ana Prieto. She was wonderful. She was so friendly and always smiling and accommodating.She is definitely an asset to the resort.
