Playa Linda Beach Resort

I wanted to share how great this property is especially it’s beaches the people are wonderful and Jessie Arce from loss prevention is so positive and cheerful 😁every morning with coffee and a smile

Playa Linda is my home away from home. Upon arrival, Diego is always ready to assist you with your luggage. Mario, at the from desk is very proficient at making check in easy. Jessie Arce on the beach has a challenging job but he is diplomatic and keeps everything in order. Kirk McKenzie, on the beach always has a smile and greets you with a welcoming greeting every day. Thank you to the staff for making my trip very special.

We recently stayed at Playa Linda for one week and it was our first time staying at this resort. It was an amazing experience. This resort is very relaxing and not a party resort. It's an older timeshare property that is very well maintained and provides families with a great Carribean vacation. We stayed in a studio suite with a view of the pool and ocean from our nice size patio. The room was clean and well equipped with a small kitchen that is applicable for a studio size. The staff was very welcoming, and other guests were very friendly. They will email you a list of daily activities upon check in which included aqua fit at the family pool every day at 11 and bingo at 1:00 during our stay. There family pool has a zero entry point which makes it very friendly. The adult only pool is 4 1/2 feet and the family pool goes up to 7ft 1. Chickees/huts can be reserved as early as 6 AM at the pool or beach. We had no problem getting a hut each day. The friendly beach attendants will assist you by setting up the beach chairs. You don't need assistant at the pool and can easily reserve the space after 6. The towel hut doesn't open until 8 AM and closes at 5 so you will need to keep your towel the day before to use to reserve your space or use other items. Remember to bring CLIPS because it is very windy and you will need to clip your towels, hats, clothing, etc to the chairs when not in use. 2. There is an air tank on the beach for you to blow up inflatables. 3. There is free ice and water dispenser and coffee on the beach for guests. 4. There is not a swim up bar but there is a restaurant bar right next to the pool as well as the Beach Bar and Carlito's Bar and their hostesses walk around to take drink and food orders around lunch, and they will bring to you pool side. The resort is conveniently located in Palm Beach and easily walkable to numerous restaurants and stores. During our stay, we could not charge anything to the room at the on site restaurants because they are changing over to the new computer system. They were up front about this temporary change. We had an overall wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this resort.

This was my first time in Aruba and staying at the Playa Linda has made it a very special and memorable experience for my family. The hotel was very family friendly due to its clean, spacious rooms which include a mini kitchen (a sink, small stove, full size fridge which has Tupperwares). My kids love the large pool with its many waterfalls and the beach was just steps away which made it a huge plus. They also have a collection of beach toys and inflatables that you can borrow so you don't have to pack your own. Amenities include getting a free Chickadee (you're going to need it due to Aruba intense sun) which I heard some hotels were charging a fee to rent. They also provide good strong free coffee & tea in morning and afternoon. Only thing is that you have to bring your own cup (i.e. not the one in the hotel room, LOL). Best of all, Jesse made staying at the Playa Linda an awesome experience due to his excellent customer service. I'm not sure what his exact job title is but his services include doing security, getting you the best chickadee or anything you may need on the beach and being an all around awesome person. His friendly & bubbly personality makes staying at the Playa Linda all the more worthwhile. Thank you, Jesse!

Arriving next week and my wife and I can't wait to get back there.For anybody looking for a resort with all the ammines with beautiful grounds and very roomy comfortable rooms,great workout facility and spas.With an amazing Italian restaurant Azzuro. You have found your resort. Kudos to an overly friendly staff Rossana, Eileen,Mario,Yvette.Not to mention Monique and Solange running the whole show! Junior, Jesse and Yvette are simply the best of the best. They are kind and willing to help and advise you on any matter. They make your stay at Playalinda, Aruba wonderful. My Wife and I coming there for thirty-one years. lately twice a year/

What a wonderful time, beach immaculate, rooms wonderful and the staff especially Jessie Arce, made it the most enjoyable week. Nothing like waking up to Jessie helping you with your Chickie, coffee, newspaper and always an inspirational thought for the day!! Thanks Jessie and Playa Linda for de-stressing this teacher before she starts school again!!!

First time at playa Linda and it was nothing short of amazing! Every morning Jessie Arce is available to get you a chickee and remembers who you are the rest of the trip- it truly felt like a home away from home.

My family and I come to aruba every year twice a year. We absolutely love the Playa Linda. Jessie helps us every morning for huts. Luz is an amazing cleaning lady. The beach bar food is also awesome!!! We have met our aruba family here and will continue to come back every year.

We had the best time here. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating especially Jessie Arce. He goes out of his way to make you feel like you are a part of the Playa Linda family. I can’t think of a better place to vacation.
