Great location, very convenient for shopping, food, yet still quiet from traffic. Had a wonderful stay, the room was clean and exactly like the photos. The on duty managers were attentive and all staff were extremely kind and helpful, very responsive throughout the stay. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, one of the best we've had, large variety of local and continental dishes displayed lavishly with attentive service throughout. We would love to stay here again in the future!

I did not really enjoy the breakfast being vegetarian and my diet does not have onion and garlic and so i couldnt have dosa because the chef was making it after sauting onions on the 'thava' or dosa pan....

It only has a good pool. Rooms are average

No activities for kids

your furniture had stains and was stinking.. You are selling it on the name of ITC...Pls have some shame..
