"Not upto the standards of the rates that they charge for their room"

breakfast was good

the rooms were not clean. there was dust everywhere, trash from previous guests in the corners, bathroom was very dirty. especially the hair dryer was so dirty we did not date touch it. we had our room changed as the first room that was allocated had mould in the bathroom and the flush was not working

Cockroach in toilet provided a bad feeling of stay psychologically. No action taken against mosquito menace even after calling 5 times. Overall poor service.
