Toilet was not clean. AC was not working - Technician mentioned filter was not cleaned. Room was having dampness issue.

"Wont stay here again."

The AC was not working. After repeatedly complaining, somebody would come, do something, then tell us -we have now reduced the temperature to 21 or 22 and yet , the room remained hot. The easiest was to move into a different room. Also, looking at the ITC brand, the rooms are of a very old type. Although clean, it leaves us with a feeling that a brand like ITC has not revamped or refurbished the rooms for ages. Anyway, the problem- In the summers - where the temperature was 36-38 degrees, they did not look after their guest's comfort.
