Hotel Rural Monnaber Nou & SPA

We were keen to stay in good hotel in a quiet, rural location away from the busy coastal resorts. This historic Finca exceeded our expectations. The staff are warm and friendly and the food was always of good quality and reasonably priced. The architecture is fabulous and the grounds extensive. Olives were being harvested in the surrounding fields. At night, all you can hear are the occasional sheep "baaing" or bells. In particular, the restaurant offers covered outside dining and fabulous views of the wonderful landscape in Northern Mallorca.

Great place to relax! Lovely pool area / Spa. Nice and secluded, not too many people. This was the last night / day of our trip before a late flight and it was perfect ending to lovely few days. Would go again.

Very comfortable hotel is a beautiful setting away from the crowds in Majorca. We used the tennis courts and swimming pools at both the main hotel and the annex. We ate our meals at the main hotel, including breakfast, as the view, service and selection were much better.We booked a last minute break through Expedia and were very satisfied with staying in the annex for the price we paid whilst using the hotel facilities. Since we played a lot of tennis, we were glad to be close to the courts whch are located near the annex.

We only spent 3 days here and did not manage to see it all. There is lots to do at the hotel and the grounds are very well maintained. The food is superb , even the pool food is prepared in the hotel kitchen and brought out to you. The staff are all very helpful and friendly. I would recommend a car as the hotel is well out in the peaceful countryside.

This is a great hotel for a relaxing break away from it all. The swimming pool and spa facilities are really good, whatever the weather. The food, wine and the service are excellent. It would not be especially well suited to young families as there are lots of awkward stone steps, but there are lots of lovely animals around in the adjacent fields (sheep, deer, black pigs etc). The only minor issue is with the beds - we have stayed several times and the beds have always been a bit uncomfortable.

The photos do not do this hotel justice - it is gorgeous! The hotel itself and the surround countryside are just divine.... I could have stayed forever!! The views from the rooms and the terrace restaurant are amazing. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the food in the restaurant was delicious. The authenticity of the hotel makes up for the slight lack of modernities, e.g. old fashioned shower and unpredictable satellite TV! I would highly recommend this hotel, we were with our young twins who loved the swimming pools and the piglets!

The Annexe is half a mile from the hotel, but it is through their attractive estate and a minibus is available on demand. The rooms are fine, though wifi (free) coverage is very patchy. Staff brilliant. Restaurant superb and reasonably priced for the standard; we spent ninety four euros for 3 courses, a good wine and coffee. A superb hotel in a blissful location.

This hotel provides a good relaxing location and comfortable accomodation. Has very good pool and spa facilities

We had a room in the annexe building which is about 1km from the main building where the spa, beautiful swimming pools are. The annexe is not a 4 stars establishment as opposed to the main building it is a 2 and half stars at best... There are only 1-2 person on staff there, although very nice, it is insufficient to give appropriate service. The rooms are very old, materess extremely unconfortable and no room ventilation very humid and smell of mildew.
