Great Wolf Lodge Grand Mound

We visited the Great Wolf Lodge in Grand Mound and wow! We were so impressed and amazed by the impressive staff, facilities and extras here! Absolutely great stay and would recommend it to everyone!!!

I took 5 of my kids and 1 grandchild to GWL and we had such a great time. The room was spacious and clean, and the kids had a blast in the water park. The pizza was surprisingly good and not as outrageously priced as other places or options. I’d love to see EV chargers installed.

Well the experience was amazing. I would love to visit again. The service watoo notch.

Lines were ridiculous. Everything is overpriced. The hotel activities don’t start until 8am or later-even though kids wake up waaaaay earlier. Arcade redemption prices are mislabeled, giving kids false hope for prizes. Paw passes include basic everything and they nickel and dime you for upgrades or your arguing with your child to just do what you already paid $100 for. This place milks you for every last cent.

Our overall experience was great. Everything is clean, lots of things to do on site both paid and free that my family enjoyed. The food was good. My only complaint is that everything is expensive from food and drinks, and activities. They have a lot of up charges as well once you are at the lodge. We did the wolf pass and it was a good deal except for the up charges for every thing.

The bathrooms were not very clean. Hair and residue left from previous guests in King room bathroom shower. Pull out couch was broken when we arrived but was fixed on day 2 with very good service. Tv remote for main room did not work upon arrival but also fixed day 2. Very disappointed in water park hours and feel it should be open at 8 am daily. Waiting til 10 am was miserable for the kids. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay but could be so much better!

This place was PHENOMENAL! We will definitely be back. The kids loved it, the room was surprisingly large and clean. We had a cool view of the rope course and some slides from the outside. We ended up getting both the Wolf Breakfast Buffet bundle and the Pup pass. Both extremely worth it in my opinion. The food was delicious in the morning, super awesome that you can have your own omelette made to order. We did get pizza once from the Hungry as a Wolf place and that was also so delicious! The garlic butter on the crust was amazing! We don't own a car and took the bus there. Didn't take long at all from Olympia, though there aren't sidewalks halfway down from the bus stop to the actual Lodge. But it was a relatively quick walk. The water park was super warm and comfortable, and even though it was loud in there, the baby fell asleep every time we went in there. I love that it's all cash less. The whole wristband thing is super neat, makes for a fun and stress free experience. The towels in the room were huge! Which my tall husband appreciated lol they did a bunch of renovations in the Lodge and the place is so cool and spectacular in every way. Every thing we did with the kids was a blast and we will a hundred percent be back. This was our first time going and I do not regret buying the extra packages either. Well worth every penny!!

Check in and out process very long and unfriendly environment Indoor park is unbearably COLD! $15 towel fees rule at a WATER PARK is ridiculous. I have never experience such cheapness anywhere before Dirty room and bathrooms Booked a suite for a family of 6 and we could barely step into the bathrooms Paid hidden fees when my charge was supposed to be $530 Left full day early because we couldn’t bare the cold water park (which is supposed to be indoor and warm) and dirty small rooms

First off, they do not take cash, so come prepared. The food is also very expensive from what it use to be ($22 for a burger!). We went during the week and it felt like a weekend trip with how over crowded it was. The room was clean and well stocked with everything needed. It is a loud atmosphere especially in the arcade, in the water area and during dance party time. Was met with kindness by all the employees. Downfall of this is there was so many rude parents and children lacking manners, like pushing adults and small children to hurry off wherever. Also parents smoking weed late at night was another problem as smoke was entering other rooms. It made for a miserable night to sleep.

The waterpark, arcade, and other amenities were great. Our room was very loud...right outside was the arcade and part of the Magiquest game as well as under the stairs. Getting to sleep was rough and the arcade noises go all night...even during quiet hours. We will likely go back but request a different area. We tried during our stay, but nothing was available. Hopefully next time we will sleep better
