"Amazing"

Anything we needed someone was willing to help or deliver with amazing customer service. The life guards were incredibly quick when someone was in danger or them being tested with the dummy was amazing to see such quick responses for everyone's safety. Room was clean and everything was well described about our stay. Such a good time

"Overall good experience"

The overall experience was great! Our room was very nice, but there was hair in the shower along with a pimple patch. That was pretty nasty, we did expect better.

"Amazing vacation ruined by unfortunate event"

This was the first time taking my family to Wolf Lodge we stayed two nights. Sadly, it was probably the last. We arrived a little after 1 PM and while we waited for our room to be ready, we went to the waterpark. All the staff were super courteous and friendly, our room was ready within the hour which was super convenient because we had been driving for 3 hours to get there and wanted to settle in. The room was amazing and very clean and after getting all our stuff into the room and relaxing for a little bit we went back to the waterpark till closing. Everything was off to a great start. The next morning we went to the restaurant for the wolf wake up breakfast that we pre paid for. The food was amazing, and the server was very friendly and courteous. We then went to the waterpark. Unfortunately, the wave pool was closed for cleaning when we got there as that was the first thing we wanted to do. Instead we went to to get in line for the howling tornado. We had almost reached the top when the conveyor that brings up the rafts jammed up. While we were waiting in line a lady with a kid who was behind us, asked for two more couples to go in front of her after she did that she left her kid in line and went to the top of the stairs to talk to one of the employees who ran the ride, she pointed in my direction and looked upset it was at this time that the ride started working properly and me and my son got onto a raft as the raft started moving down the slide she gave me a very disgusted look I had no idea at the time why she did this. I just shrugged it off and let it go. After the ride me and my son went over to the pool with the basketball hoops and I sat down in a chair to relax. As I’m sitting I see this lady go up to every employee she can find and other patrons of the park and again she’s pointing in my direction. I started to feel very uncomfortable about 5-10 min later as I’m sitting there, two gentlemen wearing red security shirts approached me. They started by saying the reason they were talking to me is cause I was involved in an incident with one of the other patrons in one of the lines for a ride. I told them there had to be a mistake I wasn’t involved in any altercations with anyone I had not talked to anybody other than my son the whole time. They then went on to say “A lady who was behind you in the line said you grabbed your son and said get away from those ##^}€# (I will not type what she said, but it is a racial slur for people of color) I was completely dumbfounded. I never say that word ever. I teach my kids equality and loving all people regardless of the color of their skin or the preferences they choose. I told the security guard there was no way she heard that come out of my mouth nor did I say anything remotely close to it he then said he believed what I was telling him, but the lady was causing a lot of commotion over it and that if she approached me or anyone else did to get a security guard right away, I then asked him to please let the lady know I did not say that nor would I ever he said he would and then apologized for interrupting my vacation and walked away, but the damage was done everyone that was sitting around me started giving me ugly looks and moving their stuff away from where I was sitting. It was the most embarrassing thing I’ve ever had happen to me. She continued to walk around the park and tell anyone that would listen to her. I was terrified for the safety of my children and myself so I grabbed my son‘s and left the park on the way out I let one of the security guards talk to my son who was there in line with me to get his side and again he apologized he said it was sad that some people do stuff like this to try to get a deal and that it’s not fair for the people who get accused. Our trip was amazing up until this point after that it was like a cloud hanging over our head the whole time. I was nervous even to leave the room. I don’t know if one of the people she got to listen to her was going to try to take things into their own hands. This was a very unfortunate event that happened, and I know the hotel can’t control what other guests do, but instead of having security guards approach someone like that in the public areas they could have had a regular employee pull me off to the side and go to a private room to discuss it with the security guards instead of doing it in front of everyone and embarrassing me. Other than a verbal apology from the security guard, the hotel did not try to make any other amends nor did I ask for any. It’s really regretful that we will not be returning because we really did enjoy it. The atmosphere and food and all the employees were super awesome and courteous everything was great until that happened

"Amazing family fun!!!!"

This is our second time coming here. They made some upgrades and it was wonderful as always. We had such a blast. They Great Wolf staff was on point as always and no one can beat having a cabana at the pool. Looking forward to next time.

"Amazing"

Brought my 2 kids for their birthdays and had an amazing time! Shout out to Brandi at the front desk who was so kind, we ended up staying an extra night. We will definitely be back.

"Bad policies for families"

I felt like it was difficult this time around. My husband booked the trip for our son and I and the policy for cards being used versus first made it stressful. Even though we filled out an authorization form it was suggested that my son and I would not be allowed to stay after arriving. The person working when we arrived seemed annoyed rather than helpful and I insured that I called and verified I would be good to check in. She told me they can listen to the call and I insisted they do. They finally met us check in at 845pm. I was not happy hour king it took. It's out third start and I was treated like I was a criminal by myself with my anxious tired 4 year old.

"Had a blast!!"

Best experience. My kids had so much fun. Everyone was very nice, park had so much to do. Plus we got a half off coupon under our door to stay another night. It was pretty great! Will definitely be coming back!

"Not worth the trouble"

It was fun but I was promised a fee would get returned to my account when I left and I did not so I’m very irate with the customer service.
