Great Wolf Lodge Grand Mound

Our first trip to great wolf lodge! Love all the decor, events and food choices!! The magiquest game is great!! Different options for wands but my 7 year old play it for 7 hours! No need for the arcade!!! Will definitely return!

Awesome kid and family fun lodge

The lobby is beautiful and very clean, with a nice bar and restaurant. Check-in was quick and easy. We dined at the Fireside restaurant and had a great experience our server was excellent and the food was really good. We also rented a cabana, which was wonderful. It was comfortable, well-equipped, and the service there was great. Our room, however, was just okay. The bathroom felt cramped with only one sink, and the toilet is positioned right up against the door, which made it awkward to use. The bed was uncomfortable thin sheets and no real comforter made it hard to sleep well. Customer service was inconsistent. Some staff members were great, like Linda at the gift shop checkout, who was wonderful. But others, including housekeeping and the Starbucks baristas, were not very friendly. At this price point consistent customer service should really be a priority. On a positive note, the breakfast buffet was great with a wide variety of options, and we loved the app that shows all the activities happening around the resort. Overall, we had some great moments, but the experience really depended on who we interacted with.

Dawn at the front desk and Jason was awesome. They helped us get the correct pass and gave us a refund for items we didnt have to purchase. The water park is outstanding. Tons of fun and enjoyment. I only wish you had a designated hot tub for adults only. Small children should never be in a hot tub. It was like sitting in a kiddie pool. The suite was excellent. I loved the paw print soaps. Beds were comfortable and pillows fluffy. The furniture really fit into the theme. The entire place was extremely clean. Always ppl around to clean up any messes the little ones accidentally made. The pools were always well check for any messes. Very clean place made the trip enjoyable. The mining bags were lots of fun and we got lots of cool fossils and crystals. Jackalynn was very helpful. We all really loved doing the Magi Quest . Young and old are now Master Magi. Hours of fun and exercise. The adventure really kept us entertained. The best thing was the evening dance parties. Wonderful was to completely wear out the kiddos for bed. Thank you so much.

Room renovation is spectacular. Breakfast buffet totally worth every penny! So many free activities that the cost of stay checks out.

Check in was suppose to be at 4. We arrived and checked in after 4. Employees in the lobby were very helpful, but we were told to go up to level 8 to wait because our room would be ready shortly. We waited 45 minutes to get into our room. Standing awkwardly in the hallway waiting. I would have appreciated the employee inviting us to walk around and explore while our room was assigned. The 45 min wait was also just annoying since check in was at 4. Everything else was great.

Me and my family go to Great wolf lodge 2-3 times a year in Grand Mound, WA! We love it! The location is nice and right as you get off the freeway your there! Great wolf lodge’s atmosphere is amazing and perfect for kids of any age! The rooms are all spacious regardless if you get the smallest room size or biggest. Value is good (depends what time of the year you go) All of our visits we have always noticed the rooms are super clean and the facilities are clean. If you’re staying on one of the bottom floors you will experience a higher noise level if you sleep early at night time. Great wolf lodges service is good once you ask for something delivered at the room you can usually see it within 10 mins depending how busy they are. Every room has a flat screen tv with cable and youtube etc… It is a pricey trip if you decide to eat on property the whole stay (we always do) Great wolf lodge in Grand Mound, Washington location has several options for food and dessert. I highly recommend downloading the Great wolf lodge app for your stay, you can see all events throughout your stay and view / order food! For my family it’s always any amazing experience!

When we arrived our room wasn't the same as pictured on the app. We didn't get the room with the huge couch, which made it difficult for seating and sleeping, and why we paid for the most expensive room. Then we left the park to get food and the drivers bracelet wasn't set to leave the park, as we had told the agent we had two drivers. It was pouring down rain too, so we had to park go back inside to wait in a very long long again to get the bracelet fixed so we didn't get charged $25 every time we left the park. The room was nice but very loud surroundings til 2am... so the family don't get much sleep, which made it difficult to have fun for 3 days... disappointing for the amount of $ we all spent... I also lost my expensive phone charger in the room, which was plugged into the wall right when you walk in the room...I forgot it since I was so tired, so that cost me $30 right there.. I made a report but they emailed me yesterday stating the can't find it...
