Great Wolf Lodge Grand Mound

We had a great time on our family trip. Staff were friendly and welcoming at every encounter. Our room was clean, and even ready earlier than expected. We even decided to extend our stay while we were there and got to keep our same room and just enjoy more time at the Lodge! Our kids are already ready to go back!

We had a great time with the family. The resort and room were super clean. The staff was really helpful, and the water was sparkling clean with active lifeguards.

The people at the front desk are the best, and they truly saved the trip and are the reason this is a four star rating and not a three. The rooms were very clean and nice, and the pool area was good (the whole reason we stayed there). The parking is way too expensive and I can’t believe it’s not included in the room price. Everything in there is overpriced which really gives the place an anti-family atmosphere. There is nothing like trying to explain to your child, that you’re too poor to afford anything here. The rooms are so expensive why on earth would you try to make money on the back end? The wands should be included as well as the parking, if you want a five star review that is… The Cherokee have a parable about a battle happening inside of every person, involving a light wolf who represents kindness, generosity and compassion; and a dark wolf who represents false pride, greed and arrogance. The one who wins, is the one you feed.

Overal was fabulous! Kids enjoyed all the treats with there passes and of course the water park. I heard so many mixed reviews about this place and I’m so happy we went. Check in process was smooth and our room was ready already which was a pleasant surprise as we arrived at 2pm to go swimming. The food was fine and we paid for the breakfast buffet which was worth it. Overall a fantastic experience and we will forsure return at some point. I really enjoyed how there was also no extra cost activities which was really nice due to lots of things costing a lot. the staff were all so pleasant and helpful as well :) my only complaint was that the morning we were leaving I was checking the bunk bed to see if anything had fallen along the bed and found an old apple sauce pouch open which did not belong to my child

While we were staying here we were told our Oregon ID drivers licenses were invalid. We had purchased alcoholic drinks previously at the waterpark with no problem and the girl was very kind. Fast forward to later during our trip, we go to the little bar near the arcade and the bartender Miss Tay I believe, she is very sure our IDs are in fact not real because mine is bendy and his had bubbles in the photo ( keep in mind OR IDs are known to bubble you can look that up) so I’m thinking no way this has never happened to us before we have never had any problems anywhere. I’m 24 and he is 28. I’m thinking this is kind of weird. Mind you she was already watching my family and I hanging out on the bridge, I already knew that going to her was going to be a mistake just by how she was staring at us. Anyway I ask for someone who might be able to actually verify that it is in fact real however we unfortunately again got someone with little training who also believes they are fake. If you are going to deny IDs you should get an ID scanner to check to verify that decision especially since there are multiple bars throughout the lodge so now we are on a no drink list which is no big deal but just very very ridiculous they just get to say yep it’s fake and have no explanation and no idea what they are talking about, maybe some ID and customer service training would help them out. And to clarify again it’s about the employees knowledge not the drink. I’ll never spend money here again. Most employees I encountered were rude and incompetent. And don’t forget all the random fees you charge to credit cards.

Fantastic experience check-in was fast if you do on app. You can avoid long lines. Neat and clean. Food is good. Room was clean

Always an amazing stay when we go and we've made it a family tradition to visit every yr maybe twice a yr.

Grand Mound, wa 1225 great room to stay in and very roomy.

I had requested a bottom level room when I booked didn’t get it to asked for a patio didn’t get it my room was right by the stairs and elevator very loud.
